With 104 284 inhabitants (1-1-2017), it is the second most populous city in Piedmont after Turin. It is an important crossroads for commercial traffic along the routes from Milan to Turin and from Genoa to Switzerland. Novara lies between the rivers Agogna and Terdoppio in northeastern Piedmont, 50 kilometres (31 mi) from Milan and 95 kilometres (59 mi) from Turin.

Io e il mio compagno siamo andati in questo ristorante tutto molto buono niente da dire ma se devo trovare un difetto sul ristorante devo dire che sarebbe meglio andare in bagno solo per lavarsi le mani visto che le porte sono leggermente trasparenti e si vedo tutto...

Opto per questo ristorante per festeggiare il primo giorno di scuola con mio figlio. L'ambiente è sicuramente carino, anche se i tavoli sono molto vicini. Ci viene consegnato il menù, pochi minuti dopo purtroppo un ragazzo in sala si sente male: i miei complimenti a due cameriere che hanno saputo rispondere con prontezza e hanno immediatamente ripristinato la situazione ( tant'è che all'arrivo dell'ambulanza il ragazzo stava già bene), purtroppo però il sevizio in sala ha sofferto di questo evento. Dopo un'ora che eravamo seduti non avevamo ancora mangiato nulla, erano già le 14,30 e abbiamo fatto il secondo giro d'ordinazioni senza aver ancora assaggiato nulla del primo. Successivamente nel giro di 15 minuti arriva tutto, troppo e troppo in fretta, erano ormai quasi le 15 e il ristorante si stava svuotando. Mio figlio stava quasi svenendo dalla fame, ci siamo quindi ingozzati senza ahimé avere il giusto tempo per poter assaporare il nostro pranzo come si deve. Per questo motivo non posso dare un giudizio superiore, sinceramente nessun piatto mi ha colpito, ho trovato tutto molto banale, sia per la parte più giapponese che per quella con contaminazione italiana. Capisco anche che a causa di un evento eccezionale qualcosa possa andare storto, perciò ringrazio Shabu per averci quel giorno offerto il caffé e mi auguro di poter tornare per apprezzare, con la dovuta calma, il vostro cibo.

Locale piccolo e un po' difficile da vedere, ma quello che nasconde dentro è un servizio ottimo, professionale e cordiale, ma non invadente e prodotti di eccellente qualità . Il sushi non è in modalità all you can eat, quindi si può apprezzare meglio le diverse combinazioni proposte e la preparazione è per questo più accurata. Pesce fresco, salse dal sapore molto equilibrato, non c'è la soia in tavola per evitare di fare minestroni di pesce e riso, ma viene già incorporata nel sushi richiesto. Ottima l'idea dell'aperi-sushi: 10 euro per una combinazione di sushi e edamame accompagnate da un drink, dal vino alla caipirinha, dalla birra ai cocktail. L'unico appunto: si potrebbe fare una formula con uno sconto su eventuali successivi drinks, ma il posto è molto consigliato!

As the only customers due to being early, we expected a pleasurable experience. Given that there was a language difference (east asian/italian/english) I would still expect food to be served in courses and together. It was a real shame as the food itself was really nice and good value.

Inutile cercare alternative a Novara, meglio di zushi non câè alcun ristorante. On a quick visit to the town of Novara, we were lulled into this place by its cookie cutter sushi bar decor and the hope of survivable quick lunch. We did survive, but reaffirmed the conviction that we are too old for this.The place was packed with youngsters downing a steady diet of salmon flavored solid rice makis, greasy fried rice etc. For them, nine euros for unlimited pseudo jap is definitely a bargain.Pros: plates of yaki udon (though done a la chinese fired rice), nice new restrooms, minuscule price.Cons: raw fish visible under microscope, nice restroom unwashed since inauguration.

The stir fried noodles are awesome. Sushi is not that bad. Tonkatsu came with the totally wrong sauce. Peking duck tastes good. It was a nice meal but after that I suffered from the terrible side effect of monosodium glutamate(MSG). The dehydration was so bad and I had been thirsty real bad, plus swollen eyes effect in the next morning. Dear Clumsykid, thanks for your review. I'm sorry that you have an excess of MSG in our preparations. In Oriental cuisine MSG is used in place of common salt (sodium chloride), for its ability to melt faster in the fast cooking. At evenience of future visits to our structure will not fail to report your sensitivity, we will be happy to replace, especially for you MSG with salt. At about the sauce for the tonkatsu I would like to reassure that there isn't an error, we consciously chose to serve tonkatsu with plum sauce. Sometimes we love to do small innovations, some small signs to our preparations. Francesco.

Dopo aver provato alcuni "nuovi" locali di sushi a Novara, siamo tornate io e le mie figlie di 8 e 11 anni in questo ristorantino ed è sempre una conferma. Nonostante fuori non si presenta bene per la zona in cui è, dentro é carino, ben arredato, con una deliziosa zona tatami (meglio prenotare se si predilige quella zona). à piccolo e ha grande cura dei propri clienti. I piatti sono buonissimi, il sushi fresco e sempre ben impiattato, gli ordini arrivano in fretta e il personale é sempre gentile e disponibile. Locale perfetto anche per i bambini. Bagni puliti e profumati e conto assolutamente ragionevole. Per noi resta il migliore in cittÃ
