Our tour only gave us an hour of free time in San Martin, so the quick and friendly service was highly appreciated. I ordered a Patagonian lamb stew, which was more like a thick soup, but delicious. My wife ordered grilled lamb, a great taste though a bit sparse on the meat. Prices were fair. Best of all, it is centrally located on San Martin Square.

We went there to have a much advertised platter of local charcuterie and it was actually quiet good, the service in general was fine, the place was really quiet and it's not a big space. The drawback is that you'll get out of there smelling like you were the cook. If you don't mind that, specially girls because of their hair, just wash your clothes and take a nice shower after enjoying some drinks and nice local food.

We are the most beautifull tea house, coffee shop as well as bakery shop in San Martin de los Andes. We offer you delicatessen, bakeries and lots of delicious meals. Besides we are just one block from the lake on the main avenue San Martin de los Andes!!!

This place was across from our hotel and boy were we lucky. Everything is baked on sight and delicious. The owner and waitstaff, very friendly and welcoming. Inside and outside seating. Closed on Tuesdays. The whole decor is beautiful and great music in the background. Scones, cookies, brownies... you will want to sample them all.Graciassssss

I have now discovered a new standard by which to measure all other nice restaurants. This gem of a restaurant is a delight not only to the palate, but to the other senses as well. The decor comes straight from an old family vineyard, the wine selection lining the walls numbers in the thousands, and the menu offers local seasonal treats not found elsewhere. Go early, have a pleasant chat with the owners, follow their recommendations, and enjoy. You won't be sorry!

We ate here our first night in town. The casual Cerveceria has a more upscale restaurant adjacent to it. (We actually ate in the other restaurant the next night). The cheese and meat platter was huge and lovely, a melted pot of cheese and the empanadas, were all delicious! Service was excellent and it was nice to sit outside, protected from the wind.
