We stopped here because we are staying in Virgilio for the weekend.Peaceful place ( friday night), neat and clean, very gentle and fast service.We ordered a lukewarm octopus salad with potatoes, simply delicious, and 2 pizzas: mine with porcini mushrooms and apples...a great ingredients match! IN ADDITION TO THIS WE DID NOT FEEL "FULL" AS USUAL ( WHEN EATING PIZZA).The service was fast and gentle.The menu is very interesting and varied.If you can stop here for a nice gastronomy experience!The only point I could not rate positive is the lack of parking but not being local, maybe we don't know there is one nearby.Grazie

Su consiglio di un mio cliente mi sono recato a pranzo presso l'Hotel Ristorante Novecento.Ambiente piuttosto elegante e curato, con la Signora al front office della hall che gentilmente si occupa di far riporre le giacche ed i cappotti nell'apposito armadio prima di accedere alla sala ristorante.Ristorante pulito e tranquillo, con servizio professionale e disponibile ad illustrare le modalità del pranzo di lavoro; infatti a mezzogiorno è possibile pranzare a buffet a prezzo fisso oppure optare per il menu à la carte qualora le proposte del buffet non siano di vostro gradimento.Optando per il menu alla carta, peraltro non molto ampio, ho ordinato un affettato di affumicato di manzo (piacevole), tortelli di zucca al ragù (non male) e acqua naturale da 0,75 l per un totale di 26,00 â¬.Mi piacerebbe provarlo in occasione di una cena.

It's a small restaurand with quite a romantic atmosphere. The menu offers typical regional dishes, pizza and there's really rich menu for meat lovers. The selection of wines is excellent for reasonable and fair price. I'd suggest you to order the table before you come as I've always seen it full of people.The staff is very kind and quick. It's always a pleasure to return there.

Lovely location, the owner is very kind and helpful.The crude antipasti are great, the pasta is extra great. A lot of fantasy and creativity from the kitchen!It is a family business that started as a fisherie, and 17 years ago openned this great place. I highly recomend it.

Buona la pizza, ben condita e saporita..Molto gentili e disponibili, menù di pesce anche senza aglio o lattosio, senza vino bianco, adatto agli intolleranti in quanto fanno tutto al momento.. Noi ci troviamo sempre benissimo. Unica pecca non avevano vino rosso fermo da cena, solo lambrusco o vino da pasto, mancherebbe qualche merlot, valpolicella ecc sui 13/13.5 gradi..Purtroppo non accettano cani nella sala interna, soli fuori in estate..Prezzi accessibili per famiglie. Torneremo presto, stasera intanto una buona pizza da asporto.

A great place with tastefully decorated rooms. The food was absolutely awesome. A group of pleasant young enthusiastic people preparing the food and serving the clients. Unfortunately, we have to agree with the reviews below that the portions are way too big for an average person. Even two people are struggling to consume one single dish. Should this issue be resolved, we'd visit the place over and over again without hesitation - we loved the food that much.

Good food, good service, good atmosphere, good price. I'm quite surprised such a good restaurant in such a small town. The chef is exceptionally friendly. Although the food is made in a delicate way, the portion is not small. Will definitely go back and recommend to everyone.
