A lovely family run restaurant. Great place, delicious food ( home made). Surroundings are so warm and inviting such a lovely atmosphere. The staff are so friendly and attentive they always make us feel at home. I love this place. This is a great place for a family to enjoy a meal and have catch up.

We visited this farmhouse twice recently. Would highly recommend both the food and bakery. There is a great selection available for breakfast. The full irish is very substantial, a very high standard & tastes yummy. Their own bread toasted is also fab. The staff are very friendly & couldnât do enough for you. Some lovely features , a water station was welcome on a hot summer day. Looking forward to our return. Hi, thatâs so nice of you to say. Itâs so great when you go to the trouble to write about your breakfast with us , breakfast is such a treat out and taking out the avocado for environmental reasons was a big risk , some miffed buddies but look , the âcheesy spinachâ , which I cut each morning ( the spinach obvs) on the farm outside Enfield, so I can assure you no air miles just M4 ( not perf) !!!! I was there last week for a wedding. Coming from a service background, I cannot compliment the staff enough. Despite the guys being rushed off their feet, they took time to have a bit of a chat and banter with the people attending the wedding. The food was amazing and I actually had the pleasure of tasting every course option due to my boyfriend allowing me to order for him! It is a very intimate venue, so close to dublin city centre. I just loved the atmosphere and really enjoyed the night. Great to see in a big city. Looking forward to revisiting

The restaurant is attractively laid out over several floors. We were seated in a lovely room at the top floor. The staff obviously take pride in the excellent service they deliver . An interesting menu was offered and what we ordered was beautifully presented . I had perfectly cooked monkfish. The accompanying mash was nice but not outstanding and an additional vegetable would have been welcome. The overall ambiance is relaxing and thereâs a palpable sense of hospitality. Would happily return if in the area again.

Ate here for the first time. Initially it was all good, i liked the decor and atmosphere. Front desk staff told us to wait at the bar until we are called. This was purely to get us to buy a drink as there was plenty of free tables. Annoying but they are not the only place to do this so not a deal breaker. After a 10 minute wait we were seated. Ordered a starter of chicken tenders and it was really nice. We were excited for the mains. Unfortunately that's were things went down hill. People who had arrived at a similar time got their mains and left when we were still waiting on ours to arrive. After over half an hour after our starters plates were collected we asked a waitress what was the delay. No response she walked to the kitchen. About 10 minutes later a manager returned with the two mains and said the kitchen was busy hence the delay. This was clearly not the case as it worked just fine for those sitting around us. The food was nice but we won't be back.Hi AnthonyThank you for your review. Iâm sorry to hear of your disappointment. We are a family owned, cook to order restaurant. Only serving freshly cooked food. As a result of this sometimes we do have to have a waiting list in order for our kitchen to stay on top of things. We would never purposely have people wait at the bar in order to buy a drink - we are busy enough without this. If you had seen empty tables these were perhaps pre booked or left idle in order to allow the kitchen to catch up. Due to our location beside the cinema we can sometimes get 20 even 30 tables in at the exact same time and this can cause delays.I do apologise if this wasnât explained to you at the time.With no time or date of attendance I canât explain fully as to why people around you were served first but there are a couple of possibilities - a dish with a quicker cooking time eg: Fish & Chips - some of our dishes take 20/25 mins to cook- a staff member forgot to call a table awayThese are just a few examples of how things can be delayed.I can only apologise for this and hope that we may see you again in the future as we would never intentionally set out to upset any of our customers.

I had the pleasure of dining in Joel's restaurant yesterday. We were made very welcome by the general manager and reception staff. We had a table booked and were seated immediately, there were six of us. One of the things I like about Joel's is that everyones food arrives at the same time. Food was cooked to perfection and the dessert are to die for.

Had food in this restaurant during lunch service. We had lasagne/chips and another dish was the fish/chips which was lovely. Long wait in between courses could not find server. Sticky toffee pudding was burnt and Mocha had to be returned as wasn't made properly. Very disappointing end to our meal.Hello Ruby N,Thank you for sharing your feedback.
