I had conflictual feelings about this place. This has been suggested by the owner of one of the best restaurants in Grosseto, so that was already a well start. Then the lady who served us was so kind and walcoming that it was a pleasure to stay there. In between a mix of weird treatments by the owner put the experience a bit out of comfort zone. In the end he made up the doubts gifting us with a local present that partially recovered the feeling of not being take in "too much consideration" (we ordered a 2012 wine bottle and we did not notice that he brought us a 2014 one...which was completely different in quality and taste...then we recognized the mistake and asked for the second being 2012, and was sooooo much better. No words about that has been done by the owner, when just a few words and excuses would definitevely put our table ok with everything). A part of this, top quality Fiorentina, good wines, nice place, nice people. Deserve a visit.

Don't leave Grosseto without eating in Bistrot degli Artisti! I visited the restaurant with friends, we really liked the garden, nice atmosphere. Service was excellent, the Staff is very polite and attentive. My octopus was amazing and and the wine recommendation was perfect. Can't wait to return.

Once more we had a great dinner at Mon Amour. The place has been revamped and refreshed as well. The owners are always trying new things so there's always something new to discover. Tonight it was wild boar hamburgers. Loved it! remember, everything here is made fresh, nothing is frozen apart from some of the desserts which they don't all make themselves. Very friendly staff, and great atmosphere, we just wanted something low key and a lot less work than a formal restaurant and this was it. It seems very popular with the locals, with lots of options for Pizzas and burgers, I had a Tuna Carpacio salad which was huge.. lovely..

We spent a week at the resort, and visited the restaurant twice. Although not many choices, the food was amazing and enjoyable and very reasonably priced.The food, was not only written in Italian but also in German and English, so you knew exactly what you were ordering. The staff were very helpful and spoke good english
