You need to book the table in advance because this is a tiny restaurant. The food and the service are just amazing. The portions are very generous and without a doubt value for money. The antipasti della casa with all the different sauces are great. Crespelle cheese and truffles are a delicacy. Tagliata di maiale with truffles incredibly tasty. We could not order dessert because after ordering antipasti, primi e secondi we could not eat anything else. Impeccable service, really attentive. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Our concierge recommended Casa Masi for a casual lunch during a recent vacation to Tuscany, and we had a terrific meal. The atmosphere is country Tuscany style with a friendly and comfortable ambiance. Our service was exceptional, prompt but relaxed and very helpful. We loved the wine list and sampled a couple of local bottles with an incredibly tasty meal. The Rabbit with Asparagus and Gramigna (pasta) with Pecorino Cheese were both incredible. (I loved the cheese rind bowl!) In fact we enjoyed it so much that we tried to get in for dinner that Friday night, without any luck. I'm sure we will go back the next time we visit Tuscany!!

Had an awesome Lunch & Wine Tasting experience at Tenuta Torciano. Our second visit in three years and introduced our family to this experience on our trip this year. Had a fantastic time with Sommelier Marco. It looks rather like a wedding only venue, but is a fully functioning restaurant. the waiting staff were attentive and helpful, even bringing us dishes to try that they thought we might like. Tip - the fish menu is amazing! Everything was good and made the walk there and back well worth it!

Were recommended to go here by some fellow travelers... we were not disappointed. Great range of pizzas, cooked beautifully... attentive professional staff, lovely relaxed somewhat "upscale" atmosphere...we thoroughly enjoyed it, and would return in a heartbeat. Recommend reservations on busy nights!

Stopped here on our way back to Certaldo. Went for lunch. Despite being here for a meal when 20+ ten year olds were celebrating a birthday, we had a comfortable, delicious, leisurely dinner, with great attention from the waitstaff.The food was delicious. We had several courses we were unable to finish, and missed out on dessert for that reason.This place is out in the country, at the southern extent of Castelfiirentino, but is well worth a visit.

We visited this beautiful restaurant this week during our stay and had the best food of our whole trip in Italy. We both opted for the steak with green peppercorn sauce and after the first mouthful we were in heaven! It was beautiful. We had a great table in the outdoor seating area, which has spectacular views over the rolling hills of the Tuscan countryside. The service we received was impeccable ... extremely friendly and welcoming. Next time we're in Tuscany, this place will definitely be on the agenda. Well done to everyone at Il Gusto & Il Tatto. Thank-you for the wonderful experience. I love it when restaurants get in right in every way.

The place is nicely placed on top of a hill with view of farming fields and Tuscany hills in the background. However, the great view could not make up for the average food. The menu is more suited to lunch and snacks than afternoon/night dining, and was in general not that inspiring. The service could also be improved as we found ourselves waiting for a waiter quite some time. The idea of the place is good, though, and could develop into something really nice considering the honest prices and laid back vibes.
