Angolo caffè con biscotti e tisane. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione al bar a fianco della struttura. Sconto per alcuni ristoranti lungomare. Vicino ai giardini con giochi per bambini.

Fantastic location and sparkling clean
Reviewed By Sal24LondonI stayed in this B&B for 2 nights recently. The room was very nicely decorated and everything looked brand new. It was sparkling clean, and the price included breakfast in the cafeteria next door. The owner was waiting for me on arrival, showed me to the room and explained everything very clearly. I paid cash and got a receipt. Not sure whether he accepts credit cards, so best check.

A gem in the center of a beautiful ancient city
Reviewed By Glenn MReturning to an Italian village my dad was born in the hotels I stayed in , in the past were less than satisfactory, they were old and decrepit hotels with a socialist vibe until a friend told me about this gem . The proprietress could not have been nicer , this palazzo was owned by her family for centuries The Good : a beautiful gigantic room with a kitchen , breakfast set up on your dining table . The hotel is a marvel to wander around a courtyard beautifully decorated. When I needed to wake up super early to catch a flight home from Rome, 3 hours away the Owner left me her alarm clock for a wake up . The kitchen is a marvel of copper pots and and ancient beautiful furniture The Bad : only problem was parking which is pretty common in these old towns but was quickly remedied The ugly: leaving this sanctuary to drive into the horrendous ROME traffic . I surely will return....

La camera era fredda e non c'era possibilità di aumentare la temperatura del condizionatore, insufficiente a riscaldare la stanza, per non parlare del bagno! Sono arrivata alle 22 e mi é stato imposto di pagare subito per entrambe le notti, mentre la ricevuta mi sarebbe stata rilasciata solo il giorno dopo. Il TV non funzionava, le pulizie incluse nel prezzo di 40 euro a notte, come indicato nel cartello esposto in camera e nel sito, non sono state eseguite. Muffa alle pareti, colazione al bar consistente in 1 bevanda ed 1 pasta. Che dire? Solo che per 45 euro a notte ho soggiornato in zona in una stanza di lusso, TV a schermo piatto, pulizie e cambio biancheria inclusi, tè e caffè offerti in camera e riscaldamento autonomo perfetto! Non lo ricorderò di certo neppure per la gentilezza del proprietario, che mi ha saputo scrivere un messaggio solo perché la persiana non era stata assicurata al gancio.
