Following the trend by so many other restaurants in Comodoro, this was not the exception. Terrible or nonexistent customer service, awful attitude from our server and an overall mediocre and expensive meal. Server would barely answer our questions and would mumble a word or two. Will never go back again.

I suspect we were the first tourists to ever eat in this resto. Comodoro Rivadavia isn't really a tourist location, but we stopped here overnight in order to break our journey on the colectivo buses southwards. It's oil country, not a pretty place. We stayed in someone's house through Airbnb & the lovely lady recommended this resto in walking distance of the house.It was bustling, serving really tasty beer (not many places in Argentina serve ales for the English ale drinker) & the pasta was delicious (if a little rich).

There is not much of selection in the buffet when it comes to lunch or dinnerThe place is clean and decentAndrea, thanks for your comments. Our recent visit was for a very nice meal of cordero and wine. The cordero and the Malbec wine go together very well. I wish lamb like this was available in the USA but it is not. The Argentina lamb in Patagonia is very special and very good. The service was excellent making la Tradicion a pleasure to visit.

Las cervezas son lo más destacable del lugar. Suelen tener una amplia variedad aunque a veces les falla un poco el temita de la temperatura. La comida es básica, como para picar algo, sin grandes pretensiones: papas, algunas picadas, un par de hamburguesas. Pocas opciones si tenés restricciones alimentarias.

I want to mention the complimentary dip- it was delicious! We ate so much that we were struggling to manage the food we ordered. Service is friendly, there is a menu in English, but without prices and the food is very good. There was a mix up regarding our order which was rectified without any comment from us. I would recommend lunch here. There were many happy families who were eating with gusto. Prices are very reasonable.

Best pizza ever in Comodoro Rivadavia, no doubt!!!And a really good experience if your choice is "empanadas"... A nicely ambiented old house, excelent to join with friends by night. Or business light lunch at noon.Don´t miss "jamon crudo & rúcula" pizza. It´s something else.

Entrana, bife de lomo, what a feast for beef lovers! Unfortunately too much beef for me. Dessert was great, service is avarage and ambience is outstanding for the location. Visited here for the second time with many years between. The bread was excellent! The salmon I had was very good with vegetables. My friend had the Cordero which was 2 steaks and sufficient for 2 people. Both were very good. The atmosphere here was excellent. Sitting looking out into the Atlantic with music appropriate for the setting allowing for people to talk and visit.
