Siamo assidui clienti di questa pizzeria perché la pizza è davvero molto buona.... Soprattutto è ricca di ingredienti che tra l'altro sono molto buoni... La pasta della pizza è davvero molto buona anzi direi perfetta.... Pertanto vi invitiamo a provarla....

One among the best place to eat your typical grill the Sicilian way. You can see your dish being prepared from the open kitchen which was a bonus for my girlfriend which is paranoid about cleanliness. Quiet environment to be with your loved one and family. Highly recommended.

Ho conosciuto Villa in Valle tramite Facebook e ho deciso di provarlo sabato con il mio ragazzo usufruendo di un coupon che con soli â¬9,50 a persona prevedeva un completo menù pizza (coperto e bibite incluse).Abbiamo iniziato con arachidi, bruschetta e patate fritte con buccia, queste ultime gustosissime e abbondanti. A seguire, abbiamo scelto le pizze (dal menù in occasione del coupon ne erano escluse soltanto poche) e ho preso una Bronte (mozzarella, mortadella e pistacchio); la pizza ha un impasto croccante al punto giusto e ben saporito e gli ingredienti sono di ottima qualità .Infine, ci è stata servita una crema al cioccolato con spolverata di pistacchio all'interno di barattolini di vetro.Il locale è stato realizzato all'interno di una villetta del Novecento, quindi è suddiviso in più stanze e ha una terrazza esterna; l'arredamento è sobrio e sono presenti dettagli che rimandano indietro nel tempo.Il personale è molto gentile e cortese, ma il servizio tende a essere più lento nei casi di confusione.

Abbiamo cenato con karaoke ottima la pizza, lo stesso dicasi per il tagliere di salumi e altro. Ottima l'iniziativa del menù karaoke con prezzi giusti. Consiglio.

Disclosure: we visited Belladonna three times with two enormous advantages: we were there during foraged porcini season; at each visit, at least one member of our party was a member of a family who had frequented the restaurant for years.We had menus, but we hardly used them. Rather, we told our server what we were interested in and left the rest up to him. Some of our items might have been mediocre, even subpar, but oh! the hits. Probably the highlight was a sort of porcini ceviche (my term). Other wonders were a roast goat Secondi, little porcini ravioli (panzotti), lightly sautéed porcini cut in different thicknesses (the thicker cuts meaty, the thinner like, well, porcini). Our wine was always red, always house, always local. Inevitably, it tasted too sweet before the food showed up and meshed perfectly once it did.Our worst experience was pizza night. Perfect crusts were covered with superb toppings and then doused with enormous quantities of olive oil. Our Italian friends just loved the pizza. We thought that it was just too oily (not greasy), but who are we to question millions of Sicilians?If you have an in at another Etna slope side restaurant, go there. Otherwise, I'd recommend Belladonna without hesitation. Use Google translate or whatever tool you prefer, and prepare a request something like: we leave ourselves in your capable hands, but please no livers, kidneys, feet, or ears.Mostly we want to eat simply prepared fish on the Ionic Sea. But there are times when the lure of meat and heavier sauces whisks us up the slopes of Etna. You could do far worse than BD.

On our way to the Etna we passed by Pedara and stopped at Ristorante La Coccinella. It was a really good choice. The food was great and Stefano let us taste several dishes. He was very hospitable. It was an unexpected pleasure. We hope to come back.

We visited this restaurant as a group last night and had a great time. They seated us earlier than they opened which was appreciated and then the service itself was very friendly - even though we spoke almost no Italian! The pizzas were all excellent - delicious sauce and beautiful crust. Exactly what you want from a Sicilian pizza! No complaints at all.
