My husband and I visited Bryant’s at least once a day during our stay in Villasimius. We came for breakfast, lunch, and cocktails and loved everything. Bryant’s stands out among the rest of what others in Villasimius offer - in part because of their customer service and in part because of their set apart menu (like their avocado breakfast bowl and their take on the classic Spritz). Check out Bryant’s if you’re craving a legit cocktail bar, in the mood for a breakfast that is more than a brioche and cappuccino, or are looking for a cozy lunch spot.

Lovely garden and mostly nice seating although many tables crammed very close to each other. Ended up walking out after trying to order tomato pasta and cozze (mussels) marinara. Waitress came back after a few minutes to say they had none and only had a single pasta dish available, everything else sold out. Obviously not a place to try in late season. Went next door instead.

While on holidays in Costa rei, my sono came up with a desire for sushi. Apparently this was the only place around without having to drive all the way up to Cagliari. Nice terrace, nice waitress, lounge-like atmosphere with soft music. We took some 4-5 different rolls (inside out style, there are 6 to 8 in each rolls type) and with the exception of two classics they are extremely 'fusion' style (philadelphia a red berries over a maki with fried shrimp) but overall very tasty. The menu also includes a few non sushi options, salmon or tuna steaks and some chicken. Some maki/rolls also feature vegetable and meat. Overall I was positively impressed and I think it is also a good spot for a drink over a few rolls. there are other places nearby for a drink but most of them were much noisier....which could also be a better option depending on your tastes....

The menu is not extensive and comprises mainly burgers with a small selection of starters, steaks and salads but the food is amazing. So good we went back and we were only in Sardinia for 6 nights. The waiter was helpful and polite. I had a lamb burger the first time then beefburger the second time, they were cooked perfectly...just blushing, tasty and tender. I went with my partner and 12 year old daughter and we all loved the place !

Stopped here for refreshment whilst meandering around the town centre. We ordered 2 Mojitos and they were absolutely delicious! Service was on point, and the waitress was pleasant and we had a little tray of lovely "pickies" too. We wished we'd been able to enjoy more mojitos, as they went down so well, but couldn't as we were driving! A nice spot to sit, relax and watch the world go by :-)

We are staying in the Pullman Timi Ama whose flagship restaurant this is - what a disappointment. I wasn’t feeling great, so ordered one simple course, ravioli filled with ricotta with a lemon sauce. My husband ordered the savoury creme brûlée starter, made with Pecorino Sardo cheese, (local pecorino cheese) served with honey, that I had tried the night before. I found it chewy and hard, not like a normal smooth creme brûlée at all, but nevertheless tasty, if unsophisticated. His was better than mine had been, but still a bit basic. He ordered a half bottle of a local wine, describedas dry, with some fruit flavours. It was corked, tasted like Retsina, and was only changed later when we both decided it was undrinkable and had to make a fuss, at which point the maitre D did intervene and changed it immediately, agreeing with us. My ravioli was inedible, with no semblance of a ricotta filling, but definitely filled with chewy pecorino instead, and swimming in a sticky, sickly sweet, lemon and sugar sauce, probably made with Limoncello liqueur (not mentioned on the menu) and with no hint of natural lemon zest. No garnish of any sort, not even chopped parsley. I couldn’t eat it as it was so sweet, and the waiter had the audacity to tell me that Ricotta lS sweet, implying I should not have ordered it.I politely sent it back, and asked instead for some spaghetti al burro, plain and unadulterated .What arrived 20 minutes later was very nicely cooked spaghetti, but cooked with so much salt I took two mouthfuls and could eat no more. I had lost the plot and just wanted to go home. The restaurant manager never came forward to see what was wrong with my food on either occasion, leaving everything to his waiting staff to resolve - zero leadership or support for them. All in all just a horrid experience. Our experience of this whole has place has been one to forget.
