My hotel was right next to this great little restaurant - come cafe. Good seating inside and out. Modern with a stylish eco vibe to the place. Clearly popular with locals for lunch and dinner and snack people. Their pizza slices were too tempting so came here a few times. Also, it is open late so if you want a snack they are usually available. The usual selection of drinks from coffee to bottled beers. Staff were always welcoming and friendly. They were also great at English. Great vibe.

What a great find, tucked away at the top of a side street not far from the 'castle ' we initially thought it was just a wine bar, but there is quite a well presented restaurant inside with a patio area. Wine served by the glass so you can try , as we did on one occasion, a glass of the more expensive Italian wines such as Amarone, could easily work your way through the wine list by trying a glass of each, maybe next time.Ate here once as well but only for a burger, which was very nice indeed well presented and delicious. We really should have eaten here again as the menu was quite intriguing.The staff were very attentive with out being intrusive and very friendly as well.

I found this restaurant on trip advisor and I looked at the previous comments some good some not so good.I can only say it was above my expectations really quick service and Marco the waiter was very pleasant and helpful as the menu is not all in English.I got my starter which should be for 2 made especially for me ... followed by a t bone steak and grilled vegetables. I requested chilli and it was there in an instant. I was asked twice if everything was good and I asked for my steak to be cooked just a little more and this was not a problem at all. I followed on with a berry cheesecake which was lovely and ended the meal happy and contented Well recommended Sorry I did not take photos of beginning and end

The service in this place is absolutely appalling. The staff clearly donât want to be there. As far as food goes itâs hit & miss. My husband order a mixed fried seafood!!!! Really donât.... unless itâs for comedy value. Everything must just be thrown into the pan together. Some of the pieces couldâve been bounced off the ground it was so over cooked and some of the pieces had been coated & fried whilst still in their shells!!!! So given that there are MANY MANY restaurants around Iâd advise you to just find somewhere else to be honest. The drinks were nice and cold though .... when we eventually got them.

This restaurant is in the centre of Desenzano, a little hidden because it lays in an alley. Very good Italian food (lot of locals come here), friendly personal and not very expensive. We really loved it and are surprised nobody has written about it before

Maybe I misread the menu, but it wasnât quite what I was expecting.I had the mixed fish grill. I was expecting fried calamari, fried prawns, fried scampi (which I thought was a typo because that IS fried prawns) and Seabass.What I got was 2 boiled squid (body and legs) what Iâd call shrimp rather than prawns (theyâre bigger and you have to peel away the exoskeleton, head and tail) what I read as scampi was in reality scampo (I had to look this up and it is a kind of shrimp/lobster creature) and a fillet of Seabass (at least there was one thing here that I had expected to get)I donât like to make a fuss in a restaurant so decided to give everything a try.I like calamari, so figured the squid are just that without the batter.I have eaten shrimp before and enjoy them (I just donât eat them often because I believe taking them apart should be a chefs job, not the customers) and I ate the scampo because itâs basically the same thing just bigger.The Seabass was as every other review Iâve read here, deliciousâMaybe Iâd have been happier with the Seabass with baked potatoes? Live and learnSorry gentleman...But I don't know if You are taking joke of me or if You are really serious.You also took the picture of menu... Do you really don't know the difference about FRIED and GRILL???

Located in a desert for restaurants this pizzeria provided exceptionally good pizzas. A very wide range of pizzas - thin pastry (not crispy - but doughy - perfect - generous toppings). It is family run and the service was both efficient and friendly. There are tables both outside and inside. Prices very reasonable.

We came here to celebrate my father's birthday, and we weren't disappointed. The food was delicious and the service was excellent.We followed the hundreds of reviews recommending this place and none were in vain.Tip: allow the waiter to pick pizzas for you - you won't be sorry! He managed to tailor each pizza to each family member with perfect accuracy.

Walked a fair distance out of town for this place. It is basically a take away with a few tables so I wouldn't bother if you want to sit down. Plastic cups, paper plates etc.Pizza was decent, nice people but feel like I was misinformed with the other reviews.

After recommendation from trip advisor, we walked to the restaurant. We were welcomed warmly and given a table outside. The waiter was friendly, fun and accommodating to our needs. And the food..... best pizza weâve had so far in Italy. (And weâve had a few!)
