Finalmente un clima estivo e quindi si decide per una pizza in un ambiente che ci permetterà di cenare allo aperto e senza boccheggiare per il caldo. Scelta che cade sul bracconiere posizionato in località degna sulla strada che collega breno al passo di crocedomini appena oltre la frazione di Astrio. Pochi km extra ma ben spesi. Il locale dispone di ampio portico, io non avevo prenotato ma nonostante ciò mi trovano un tavolo allo esterno invitandomi però a liberarlo dopo circa una oretta in quanto era prenotato. Ok volevo solo una pizza e quindi accetto. Ordiniamo una pizza io quella denominata merlo, peraltro una bufala con pomodorini, grande, sottile, ottimi prodotti, squisita devo dire ottima. Unico neo, visto che dovevamo abbandonare il tavolo in una oretta forse la pizza era opportuno servirla in meno di 30 minuti.

Siamo saliti al Rifugio partendo da malga Bazena e dopo 2,5h siamo arrivati a destinazione. Il personale è gentile e cortese a disposizione del cliente.Da lassù si gode di un ottima vista

Found it just asking to locals. It's possible to eat outside. I liked the mixed of traditional dishes and new elements added to make the dish creative. It was a pleasure to chat with the owner and the cook (her wife). Mi è piaciuto molto!

Very friendly and good for eating. We were with our dogs there and sit outside. Inside dogs not allowed. But that is no problem, because the weather was good and sunny.They have snacks like Sandwiches with Cheese and Speck, lunch like noodles and good coffee!

à un locale molto alla buona e semplice. La gestione è molto familiare e con prodotti fatti sicuramente in casa. Forniscono formaggi locali anche con stagionatura di due anni molto gustosi e dal sapore forte. Casoncelli fatti in casa e paccheri con sugo di carne. Dolci fatti in casa. Prezzo incredibilmente basso. Consigliatissimo.

The restaurant is really nice. The inside is really cool kind of looks like a grotto with vaulted a rock structure etc . The food is amazing! Very fresh . The combination of flavors with the various creations are amazing. I recommend the filet served to perfection with mushroom ice cream believe it or not ??! Very good . They also have an interesting wine list with unknown local wines which are worth tasting . Dessert was ok, their take on tiramisù. Make sure you book as they are always packed. Will definitely try to go back

We still remember almost 12 months later that this was the best meal in all of our travels. It had only just opened for the new season and our friends from Breno said it was one of the best and it lived up to that hype and some. Everything was exquisite and extremely reasonably priced. It is worth the drive!

We loved the place from start to finish. The ox ravioli was fantastic. We had steak as well that was brought out with 3 different gourmet salts, one had a smoke flavor that was so good we asked to see the package so we could buy some on our own. Another salt was large white flakes that also had a great flavor.thank you so much, hope to see you soon
