Fuimos un dÃa de Agosto para picotear un poco.No tienen una carta muy extensa, pero lo que pedimos estaba bien.TenÃamos la opción de cenar en la terraza, pero preferimos en el interior para estar mas frescos.En la terraza unos dÃas a partir de cierta hora hacen música y funciona como bar musical.Por poner un reparo el que no tengas ningún tipo de mantel en la mesa y los cubiertos y servilletas de papel en una cesta en medio de la mensa.La camarera que nos atendió fue muy amable y nos dio sugerencias de platos a pedir para no quedar muy llenos.Todo muy correcto.

Fuimos a cenar por un regalo y probamos el menú de tapas. Pedimos vino y agua. Las tapas estaban deliciosas, variadas y habian tanto frÃas como calientes. Se nota que las materias primas son de calidad. El servicio súperamable y atento. El sitio está a las afueras de Terrassa, en plena naturaleza y en época de verano se está muy bien en la terraza. Relación calidad-precio buena. Volveremos y nuevamente gracias por todo.

Es la mejor palabra que os puedo decir.Desde el buen servicio,pasando por los buenos platos y la calidad de los productos,no hay muchos restaurantes asà en terrassa.Y agradecer que tengáis presentes a los celiacos,que son olvidados constantemente y con un poco de voluntad se les puede atender muy bien como lo hacéis vosotros.

I was at the Udon Terrrassa restaurant today with my 2 kids, 7 and 9 years old. We are German/American but we speak okay Spanish. I stood in line to wait to be seated. When it was our turn, the waitress took one look at us and told me there would be a wait of 20 minutes. Her look spoke volumes (interpretation: oh no, a foreign mother with her 2 children means a lot of a mess and not worth it) I said okay, we'd wait. To the 2 men that were standing in line behind me she said 'you have reserved', almost as to have a reason to seat them first. They said 'no, we haven't' but she seated them regardless. After less than 10 minutes, when a few other people had left the restaurant and there was a line behind us, she had no other excuse but to seat us inside the restaurant.She basically sighed, told us to follow her, dropped the menus at the table and did not look at us once. At the table, we waited for about 15 minutes without anybody coming and taking our order...I could see other waitresses running around headless and inefficiently working...so I finally asked the waitress that seated us (I had to wave to her so she would come) if we could order something...The waitress that finally came did not get the order right. I ordered 3 meals for the 3 of us, and out came 2. So I had to order the meal again. If I were the manager of this place, I would take a good look around and change out the staff. It is a decent fast food place but to have unfriendly incompetent service leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I have been to other Udon places where the service is much better and it is definite that I will never set a foot in the Terrassa Udon restaurant again. I hope other extranjeros have more look than us.Dear Skygrabber, Thank you for your visit and for sharing your experience.
