We went for dinner, the restaurant was full, but we got a table inmediately.We eat with "tapas" they were good, with good flavour, but the result was really really expensive, we only had a couple of beers. we suggest this restaurant to have a beer and a quick "tapa" but not really for a big dinner.

Sibar is a well known restaurant in Manresa, located near Passeig Pere iii, in the center of the city. Meat is the especiality of the restaurant, but we decided to share some dishes like prawns carpaccio, tuna tataki, foie with asparagus, branded codfish and french frites with scrambled eggs, which were very good. Also we shared 3 ice-creams as dessert. Really, the food is the best of the restaurant.Pitifully when we arrived there is a party in the restaurant and the staff was very busy, so waiters spent a lot of time to bring us the food, and they were wrong twice. I am sure, the next time the service will be better.

This was really impressive- great service, great wine, and great food in a laid back, elegant setting. Haute Catalan cuisine for sure. I started with black pasta and seafood. The pasta was briny and perfect, the seafood was sweet and fresh. perfect. The main course of duck breast was equally impressive.

The food is good (but could be better), good ingredients . The ambiance is perfect. Big rounded tables to spend a meal with small groups. Fast service. Delicious homemade desserts. Good region wines. We contibute to the project Ampans. We will repeat.Weekend menú for 19,50 without wine but with water, bread, dessert and coffee.

We visited the place for dinner with some friends. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, with a very charming atmosphere. The staff is attentive with a wide an interesting menu. The food arrived promptly and was rather tasty, even though it lacked the final touch. For example, the duck confit comes with red fruits, but there is so much of them that the duck taste is lost. Nevertheless, we left rather happy and I would be willing to eat there again.

Absolutely amazing. Right from the start we were totally gobsmacked in more ways than one. The service is impeccable, the food stunning, the drama and theatre amazing. You can choose menu items, or they offer degustation with or without wine flight. We did the whole thing with wine and it was a delight that I will remember for a long while. How they even did some things is a mystery - you have to try this!PS Very busy - need to reserve.
