The portions were quite big, although you need to order the side dish separately from the main dish. The food was really good, but the desserts were just...heaven! I warmly reccomend the Lava Cake if you like it sweet or the Panna Cotta if you like to sour it up a little bit.The restaurant has a calm and quiet atmosphere, a good location and very friendly staff!

You have this pace listed as a hotel, but we always go just to their restaurant as we stay at another place on the island. I believe the restaurant deserves a separate listing. It is excellent.

Good position, lovely Mediterranean outdoor place with a lot of mediterranean plants. Food is very good (mostly traditional meals with a lot of fish and peka). Kristina is excellent restaurant lady. She knowes everything about hotel, restaurant and surraundings.

We had business lunch without any expectation. It was great experience just in few dishes. First we ordered fish soup and it was excellent choice. Pieces of tuna, mussel, shrimp, rise a dente. In one word medicinally. Then we leave our waiter to choose for us. Yeah, great move. He made tris of tuna fish in chia and sesame crust. Breaded swordfish on rise with shrimp. Monkfish with wild asparagus. Harmony of tastes. All food which is served to us was fresh with taste and smell of sea. Visited this restaurant with my friends and we where very surprised about the quality of food and the service. Our waiter Nagip was really helpful with decideing which food to order. We tried sea bream, cevapcici, calamari and a mixed meat plate. Everything was amazing from food to wine.

We went to Restoran Lara a few days ago & we will likely return!!!The service was great. We speak English & some Croatian but did not have any issues in ordering. I think the young waitress was the owners daughter. She was so cheerful & friendly so it really added to our experience. Food was amazing. The best fish I have had in a long time. We did order grilled Calamari but got fried. This could be their grilled Iâm not sure but either way, the squid was cooked to perfection so we had absolutely no complaints. They also have a TV set up where we watched Croatiaâs final group game. The restaurant was full of locals & Croatian tourists. Hvala Restoran Lara!Karolina i Luka

A really comfy and pretty restaurant near the sea. The staff was extremely friendly and approachable. The food was nicely arranged and tasty. Besides all that, the desserts were those which caught our attention. Fried Ice Cream and Ferrero Rocher cake - just heavenly!
