My fiancée and I are having our wedding reception here in July, but have dined here a few times prior to sealing the deal with them. Both times: home-run. The wait staff is very friendly and attentive, the food is prepared and SERVED beautifully, and the owners are constantly in contact with the customers. Everything is done very professionally while maintaining a down-to-earth and personal relationship with the guests. The interior as well as the backyard of the Stockerwirt ist understated and beautiful and the food - AGAIN - is just flawless. It's out in the middle of nowhere. That is its only flaw. Then again, I have no problem whatsoever making a day out of it to eat here. 10/10

Only ate here because, unbelievably, there's a remarkable lack of restaurants to eat at surrounding the incredible Schonbrunn Palace which is a little further out from the main centre of the city.
Could tell immediately things weren't good but we were desperate - inside the place was stiflingly hot and had a horrible smell so we had to sit outside where one of the owners' (we think) dog sat and barked as people walked to their seats. The place wasn't particularly clean looking and the waitress came back ten minutes after I ordered because she forgot what I wanted. My pizza came with olives (I think that's what they were supposed to be) which I don't like and which weren't listed on the menu description. My partner ordered a glass of white wine which was disgusting too.
Overall, I have no idea how a place like this is even in existence. Totally disgusting and made us At least it was fairly inexpensive - the only plus.

A nice and very convenient place to stay! in just 15 min. you are in town at the first underground station, and still you are in the viennese woods with fresh are, calm sleep and great hospitality!

Nach langer Zeit waren wir mit der Familie wieder einmal hier essen. Ich war bei den letzten Besuchen vor 7 Jahren nie so begeistert gewesen, weil mir das Essen zu fad war.
Diesmal war es aber perfekt !
Mein Wildschweinbraten war perfekt gewürzt und total zart !
Also kommt dieses Lokal doch wieder auf meine Liste !

Had found them vi TripAdvisor, and we like to recommend them. Uses real fresh Thai ingredients that makes it more than yummy. Personally the touch of tamarind is interesting and gives it an irresistible touch. Enjoy yourself.

I visited the restaurant on a weekday evening with a bunch of 20 teenagers. Not only the good was excellent, but the service and the hospitality were exceptional. The waiter offered all of us Ouzo at the beginning of the dinner and put us in the right atmosphere :-)
I had a fish platter which was amazing.

Nice and beautifully decorated indoor and outdoor area with tables and chairs to sit and have a dinner. It's a family run pension, the owners are very nice people. Owner's wife cook delicious food for the guests.
