This is a really interesting place, pub one side of the rod and restaurant for fish and chips the other... Opened by the Ol bastard, (its what the owner calls himself) its quirky, has a lovely little bar .. the staff are good fun and helpful.... great place to drop in for a drink and then go and get yourself superb fish and chips... Brilliant

Went here after reading previous good reviews, unfortunately very disappointed. Food was average but service not good. Once meal came we were never asked if food was to our liking and i had ordered a steak! plates were lifted no offer of desserts, coffee etc and restaurant was not busy. Would not visit again as many better places to visit in Lagos.Sorry to here you didn t got the attention like you diserve.We make all the food fresh ,hand and home made with full off passion.Give us a second chance :).Greetings Inge the Chef.

Okay service, tip: remember enthusiasm makes the difference between mediocrity and greatness! But the food was very good! Beautiful dishes, I had a nice âsaladâ which was like a raw pasta dish of sweet patato and a sauce of peanuts. The goat cheese salad is also very good! And the Seitan dish had lovely patatoes. Desserts were also good! Alltogether very nice food!

We have been visiting cafe odeon since 2015 and canât praise it enough. Excellent food and drinks with very friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money and we visited regularly during our holiday. If the cafe is busy and you canât wait, the pancakes and burgers to take away are incredible!!

We utilised TripAdvisor to find a nice restaurant the Avenida did not disappoint. We very much enjoyed our meal. The grouper cerviche was delicious. We also enjoyed prawns, chicken, black pork, octopus and langostines. It was beautfully prepared, presented and full of flavours. managed to get 4 of us in for dinner without reservation , unusual , we had amazing food served by a waitress ( short dark hair , big smile ) who has passion for her job . Lovely food , lovely wine and just a wonderful evening ..we will return in April as it was our best meal this holiday .

This restaurant is very good with attentive service and great food. You must try the "cataplana" Portuguese dish if you are a fan of seafood. It was moist and flavoursome and truly a highlight of our stay in Burgau.

We found this place on trip advisor and were delighted with our choice. I think it was Grill night or something similar, it was a Monday evening. There were fixed menus for 2 or 3 courses at â¬15.90 or â¬19.90 which included some really good food. Main course choices were a whole sea bass or steak or Piri Piri chicken or grilled swordfish. All really nice - there were 4 of us and we had all 4. Great service (the waiter could have been a little chirpier) but was a good evening
