A different dining experience to be had at After the Tears. Decor and crockery are very authentic of Poland and a great selection of Polish dishes to eat. And a mega choice of Vodka of all types of flavours. Indeed the Vodka section takes up most of the menu.The candles are also pretty unique with a 10 year build up of wax overflow. A place well worth checking out.

We stayed at the hotel either end of a Tasmania holiday via ferry. We ate at Windows on both occasions. The meals are not cheap but worth every penny. I had the scotch fillet steak which was cooked to perfection on both occasions. Sally had the five spice duck and the lamb shoulder. Both were great. This is a great estaurant not just for hotel guests. Service was impeccable - thank you in particular to Guillame.

Nice restaurant with a very pleasant atmosphere. Service very friendly and helpful, good recommendations for food and drinks. Good cocktails, but not really cheap. Excellent all-day dining restaurant with buzzing atmosphere and friendly local service. We popped in on a rainy Friday night and the place was packed. Loved the menu. The pizza is definitely the best in the area - lovely thin crisp base and delicious selection of toppings. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Booking available online.Can’t believe it’s taken us so long to try the White Rabbit - highly recommend!

This vegan restaurant, which is located not far from St. Kilda beach and Luna Park offers a wide range of dishes even including burgers and lasagna. After the lunch I enjoyed a nicely prepared cappuccino, which additionally had some art within the milk foam. As far as I know the place employs mostly volunteers who are willing to learn new things or just contribute something for the society. Their business model is based on tips, which means that people leave a donation in the end based on their willingness to pay. During my 6 weeks in Melbourne I went twice because I extremely enjoyed the inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend to visit this place if you are visiting Melbourne – especially for vegans it is a must!

Wishbone has lovely coffee and brunch food that's healthy and a little bit different, owing to the Japanese fusion vibe. I like to hang out here with my computer every so often to get some work done. It's a nice airy space with great light, and the number of locals who swing by gives it a friendly, chilled-out atmosphere.
