Este negocio de pollerÃa muy tradicional en Lima por su jugoso pollos a la brasa, al horno, al barril u otra forma limeña es casi copiada en Talara a su muy estilo norteño, me di con la sorpresa y me agrado mucho, junto a sus ensaladas de tomate, lechugas y pepino ideal para refrescar el incesanto calor talareño.

Auf meiner Reise nach Mancora machte ich einen Zwischenstopp in Talara. Wie vor 2 Jahren kehrte ich im âComo en Casitaâ ein.Das Essen war wiederum lecker. Ich bestellte Tallarin Saltado con Lomo. Spaghetti mit Rindfleisch aus dem Wok.Ebenso lecker sahen aber auch die Hamburger aus. Obwohl das Restaurant voll war, war die Bedienung war freundlich und das Essen kam zügig.
