Reviewed By Alan CRooms are very clean and "boutique" bathrooms not that private, location is a little way out , butnonetheless good and the hotel offers a free taxi service to and from the town, this is not advertised but should be as it is an advantage point so just ask at reception. Staff are very helpful and have a good level of English. The hotel does not offer breakfast so would benefit it it had a kettle and tea/ coffee facilities in the rooms. This would not cost a lot but would be a very good addition.

Reviewed By JoanneTaichungThis was the fourth time we had stayed at Chateau. It's always a lovely experience. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the rooms are nice. My only complaint is that it is getting a little bit dated. It's not a five star resort. The rooms have had a bit of a facelift, but the whole place could do with a renovation. In saying that, I'd still stay there again. It's lovely having the pools and private beach.

Reviewed By christopherb295There are many different theme areas or buildings within the complex and has lots of activities including water playground (heated pool or onsen is payable though), arcade and play area, shops and restaurants. We were offered free entry into A-Shin Cocoa Farm opposite too. A nice beach (though rocky) is at one end of the resort. We had a nice spacious mezzanine room, only thing is if the interiors and beddings could be of slightly better quality and maintained.

Staff insist that is their best they can do. toilet cant flush well, afraid of using it. i woke up middle of night, beacuse lady in next was screaming(you know why). 샤워 부스는 토나올정도로 더러운데 닦은게 이정도라고 녹물이라 어쩔수 없데요. 방 두개 예약했는데 두개다 똑같아요 방음도 안되서 옆방 커플의 리얼한 소리땜에 깼구요. 변기는 물도 잘 안내려가서 큰일 보는것도 부담스러울 정도에요. 애기들 수영장만 좋고 완전 최악.

Excellent place to stay near Chuanfanshi rock beach
Reviewed By Rolands PIf you are looking for a place to stay near Sail Rock (Chuanfanshi) beach area - this is the the best choice at the time when I am writing this review. Be sure to try take a 3rd floor balcony rooms since this offers best way to enjoy scenery, and rooms are really comfortable. afternoon tea that you get after check in is actually much more than afternoon tea - it is a whole buffet dining experience, so when you check in be sure to not miss the time when it is served. They also offer shuttle bus to Kenting night market, so this is not an issue as well.

Booked with a very reasonable price, this is definitely a delight and surprised experience with attention to detailed interior design and loads of drinks and snacks inside the room. Stayed in this hotel brought us a fond memory. The hotel does not provide breakfast. However, it's a 5 min walking distance to town center to taste local food. It does not have onsite concierge as well. They do use LINE app to communicate effectively though, not a concern. Would recommend for travelers wanna enjoy Southern Taiwan sunshine!

A flashy hotel with a restaurant, indoor pool and fitness centre. What is amazing is all the fun activities you can do inside! We were not staying, but the lovely staff allowed us to use the indoor clear walkway and slide for the 8th floor to the 3rd floor. It was super fun! They also have a climbing wall and ball pit. Would be an awesome place to stay. Thank you to the staff for their hospitality, also arranging a taxi for us.

Spacious accommodation in a good location
Reviewed By oktrayStayed 2 nights in a family room for 6 (complimentary upgrade from a family room for 4) during 6-8 Apr 2017. Check-in was prompt, hosts were friendly and took efforts to show us to our room. They also patiently explained to us what to buy at Kenting Street and offered free shuttle service to and fro the main street (500m or 1-min drive away). Breakfast was a good spread of either sandwich or toast of your choice for breakfast, accompanied with fruits (cherry tomatoes, bananas etc), hard boiled eggs and beverages (soya milk, red tea etc). In-house playground is a pleasant bonus for those with young children. Plenty of space to park your rental vehicles. Nice view of the nature as accomodation is surrounded by hills and plantation.
