We enjoyed our dinner here a few nights ago, having the Discovery tastings menu. We started with the scallops which were fresh and tasty, followed by mushroom soup which was enjoyable. We then had the PAPPARDELLE IN SALSA DI SALSICCIA E COSTINE DI MAIALEHome-made pappardelle with pork ribs and fresh Italian sausages, Italian herbs, light tomato sauce which was a knock out. Super tasty and we even came back another night to just have this again. The beef cheek for main was lovely and tender, however everything quickly lost traction with the dessert of Cannelloni. This was such a disappointing finish to the meal. Chocolate chips on the end of what I thought was actually cream filled cannelloni, not ricotta - no thanks!It was a good experience, other than the dessert and certainly is a beautiful spot with a perfect view. The wine we had wasnât cheap, but weâve learned wine is exceptionally expensive at restaurants in Thailand. Yes Iâd recommend La Gritta! Itâs not cheap, but was far better than some of the other restaurants we went to in Phuket.

Walking the main dirty road you cannot imagine what beauty you can find. Very clean place (Austrian owner, it is a guarantee!) and friendly staff.A very green garden away from the noisy crowd. Food good and honestly priced. The German-Austrian / Thai fusion kitchen is very good.

Just after having the most delicious steak and pad Thai meal we have ever had the food is straightforward and honest and not too heavy on the pocket the staff are the friendliest this is about our sixth visit here and we Cant stop coming back unfortunately we fly onward tomorrow I will miss this place the chef is a Swedish guy named "dimple " he will rustle up anything for you absolutely the nicest guy I have met in the restaurant business next time we are in patong this is our first place of call thank you dimple and thanks to Al the staff for making our trip more memorableThank you so much for your kind words.Best regardsBackside Bar & Bistro Crew

We loved the experience and I personally like the char coil bbq a lot. It gives that extra flavour to the meat. Don't wear your newest clothes. Friendly staff and good quality meat. Watch out for the promotions.

We have been there a couple of times and are really enjoying the variety and high quality of food offered. Last Sunday we had the "Trust Me" Brunch Menu which meant individually prepared dishes during a beautiful session of 2 & 1/2 hours. Chef Martin didn't disappoint us this time either and K. Jade & the team performed superservice! Honestly can't recommend any specific dishes because all is just wonderful including the drinks offered!!!I would however recommend to get there around 6PM for a sunset drink and some tapas from that specific menu maybe before continuing with your dinner. The sunset is breathtaking!!!

Everything about this restaurant was amazing. The server did a wonderful job with our big group and was so helpful in finding gluten free options. About 75% of the menu can be gluten free including chips and burgers, an absolute dream as any coeliac would know. The prices are higher than your typical restaurant in Phuket but you definitely get what you pay for. I only wish I had the time to come back for more. This time I came alone arrived early about 6.30 and the place was almost empty. Very fresh bread was served together with a small appertizer on the house. I did order a 200 gr Filet medium rare and it came cooked perfect with a baked potatoe. Service is as always very good here. I had a bottle of Mouton Cadet which I did not finish brought the rest to my room. After I had a espresso and a Cognac which was both on the house, very nice indeed. I also had 2 pc of chocolate after dinner. Its really nice to see a oldfashioned steakhouse like this one its not many left! I really did enjoy myself! I have been traveling to Phuket for many years and I so happened to see the advertisement displayed on the hoarding where the restaurant was about to be built at that time.I was very curious to find out when it will be opening I went to Bangkok to find out if there was a Naughty Nuriâs there so I could try the lovely mouth watering food that was displayed on the posters but unfortunately I didnât find a Naughty Nuriâs restaurant as time was against me returning home. I returned to Phuket a year later and to my surprise I passed the same site to go to my hotel and saw the brand new Naughty Nuriâs restaurant.My face immediately lightened up with excitement and I could feel my taste but working up a storm and I just couldnât wait for the next day to come so I could visit Naughty Nuriâs The day finally came I went for dinner with my belly empty ready to take it all in no matter what the price may be or what the amount of calories I would consume nothing else mattered as my aim was to have those succulent mouth watering ribs.By the entrance of the restaurant there is a tasting station where everyone can sample the ribs before you buy as you can see from the photos attached. I couldnât resist not going into Naughty Nuriâs after tasting the ribs I straight away went inside, Wow! the moment I entered the decor was breath taking from the outside in, I just loved the statues of those pigs, the detailed decor, the displays of ornaments, cups, t-shirts, and key rings. I had to take my camera out to capture what my eyes has discovered.I was delighted to see the efforts and detail that went into making Naughty Nuriâs looking like a mini theme park. The seating capacity is enormous that accommodates approximately 130 people.There are two bars one at the entrance and the other within the restaurant so one wonât have wait long for their drinks As I sat down I was greeted by my assigned waiter Ram who was very courteous and humble he introduced himself and there the experience began I felt so welcomed and relaxed ready to see the games begin. I placed my order and I was surprised to see how quick the food was delivered at the table. The food presentation was excellent the rack of pork ribs was served on a piece of banana leaf on a large flat rectangular ceramic/stone like platter, it really looked delicious and succulent not to mention the taste.The portions were satisfactory I didnât have to order anymore food so for the big eater. I can sure recommend Naughty Nuriâs, their prices are very reasonable than even some of the local and high street restaurants in the area The staff were courteous, helpful, entertaining, energetic, enthusiastic and consistent. I loved the entertainment of all the staff dancing away and I just couldnât stop looking at each individual as I was entertained. Celebrating your birthday at Naught Nauruâs is a must, there is a in house live band music for all you music lovers who like to be entertained while you wine and dine. They will take your request of your favorite song. The singers Wow! what can I say I couldnât be more serenaded, their vocals were immaculate and clear all the band members are singers and they all individually sang.I was also looked after by the lovely Jane she was so friendly her customer service and care to me and other customers was second to none I also managed to take a snap of her.My overall experience at Naughty Nuriâs was excellent the atmosphere is amazing, has a very clean environment that really captured my imagination, I am totally satisfied and will surely recommend to anyone visiting Phuket.
