We found this family owned business just around from our hotel and it was such a good find. Great portion sizes and good prices followed by good service. We fried rice is amazing and so it the chicken cashew nut. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Kata area or in Phuket in general!! Thank you Kata on Fire!! This is our favorite spot so far. Been here three times and it would like to go for the 4th time. If you order two dishes with Rice and an appetizer. You have enough for 2. But the food is so good. I would order 3 dishes ;-). There coffee is also good.

I come to this tavern every opportunity I can as a regular visitor to Phuket. Just had the Sunday roast beef today for the first time. Without a doubt the best Sunday roast in Phuket. Definitely worth popping in and trying for yourself. You won't be disappointed. Thanks again to John, Meaw and all the staff. Always friendly and happy to assist in any way possible.

Delicious authentic Thai food. Location out of Karon, but perfect to watch traffic pass by. We had Chicken Pad Thai only 50baht, brilliant price for a large serve.Differently worth a visit seems to be well prompted, making it popular with tourists and locals. We went for back a second time.

The restaurant is seated just next to the pool. I enjoy myself with the delicious Thai chicken rice and French fries there. The view is great. The staff there show great hospitality to the customers.

We have been in this restaurant tonight for dinner. The service and the food are nice and it s nice the restaurant too. I give 4 stars just because the turkish food is not our favourite but it s well cooked and well served.If you like turkish food i recommend you this restaurant.Lorenzo

I like my curries and Highway Curry is 5 minutes from where we were staying so I thought we'd give it a try, not expecting it to be as we discovered. I wanted a starter and like my onion bhaji. I hadn't had one for years so that was ordered. Then my wife ordered a starter. Little did we know that four good size freshly cooked onion bhaji's would arrive and they were really excellent. I've had overcooked greasy fried onion balls before, but this wasn't them. These were perfection personified. Hot, crispy and very tasty. My wife had a hot bread, a roti or nan and good job too. For a main course I had a lamb curry, and asked for spicy. I have no problems with Madras or spicy foods, and this was delicious. Spicy, but not palate destructive. My wife had one of the "sizzling" plates and it too was superb, and very quickly devoured. All in all an excellent choice of venue. Since eating there I have had many friends who are of the same opinion. If you want a very good curry, inexpensive but high quality, Highway Curry is a must. The staff are lovely and helpful with suggestions. Food is hot, fresh, and a lot of it. We took "doggy bags" back for our son. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is cooked to order and not buffet, nice air-conditioned restaurant. We have been staying in Thailand for 10 days and this was our favourite meal of them all- wish we found this restaurant earlier!Nice chat with the owner and his wife who checked if our meals were spicy enough for us and we are definitely going to come back! This restaurant is not to be missed, fantastic food, we had Turkish but they also do Thai and Russian. The restaurant is exceptionally clean and the food is delicious and the flavours are unreal. Definitely worth a trip. Thank you very much for your nice review, hope to see you again!

Red Duck was another fantastic find thanks to the wonderful reviews about it here on trip Advisor ! From the moment we were seated with a lovely welcome we knew we were in for a great night with superb food . Canât fault our meal particularly the Coconut Curry wow , omg so glad I read the recommendations to try this one. Loved reading the story of owner and how his restaurant came to be . Minor nit pick .... perhaps ask wait staff to let us browse over the menu without feeling we are being rushed to order and give us a break between serving entree to mains We had no time to take a breath between serving these , this would be appreciated !Loved the touch of a Limoncello shot offered as we paid our bill A well deserved 5 stars from us âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸Dear Kurrajongfam, Thank you so much for a wonderful comments this really mean a lot for us.
