Pflugerville /ˈfluːɡərvɪl/ is a city in Travis County, Texas, United States, with a small portion in Williamson County. The population was 46,936 at the 2010 census. Pflugerville is a suburb of Austin and part of the Austin–Round Rock–San Marcos Metropolitan Statistical Area. Pflugerville was named after the original German settlers that farmed the area, the Pflugers. The German word, "pfluger" translates to "tiller", which refers a farm instrument used to till the soil.

We ordered combo platter (choose 3 items) with two sides and also a small platter meal. We both ate some of everything (salmon, fried Catfish, grilled shrimp, baked stuffed potato, sweet potato w/ marshmallows, fried pickels, grilled catfish, and coleslaw. It was all fantastic....I did think coleslaw was a tiny bit spicy, but I don't like spicy. DH loved it! I would love to go back and try their other dishes....if they are anything like what we got...this place is a winner. Another plus is pricing and very reasonable. Waitstaff very helpful and friendly. Service a bit slow, but we were there on a Saturday night, so I was not surprised.

This place is a secret gem. Good, authentic Ethiopian food is one thing the Austin area doesn't have a lot of. But luckily there's Taste of Ethiopia. Great lunch buffet with consistent, quality food that is delicious. It also has a fun atmosphere that only adds to the good food. Definitely worth the drive if you're not close by.

Round rock donuts have become our family must visit place every-time we are in Austin. Love their maple glazed , blueberry and apple fritters. Be prepared for long lines over the weekend. Park close by and walk over and also see the downtown historic district while you are there.

My co-workers and I hosted a retirement party here and even though we could not make a Saturday reservation, the restaurant was most accommodating as the well wishers kept coming in. They kept us all at tables as a group, they placed the cakes in the back until we needed they to celebrate. They made separate tickets for all 40 that wanted and our waiter was very attentive to us. Also the food was served hot and to everyone's want. Ms. Linda had a great time and the manager even came out to ensure everything was to our liking. It was a very nice event.

We are regulars at Pflugerville Donuts! The staff know us and always greet us with a smile. I highly recommend the croissants with sausage - be sure to get them to warm it up. The jalapeno sausage has a nice bite to it, but they have plain if you are not a spicy person. The apple fritters are to die for, but very sugary - good to share with someone. My kids are big fans of the kolaches as well, so much so that if we are out of town, they won't get someone else's kolaches as they say it won't be as good!

My wife and I stopped for breakfast on Saturday morning. The slection was good, prices reasonable, food tasty and the service outstanding. The location was easy to find on the main road not far from our hotel. Not sure about lunch or dinner, but breakfast was worth the trip.

I am in Texas, I make it a point to eat here at least once. The Green Chili Queso is so flavorful and everything on the menu is fresh and made to order. Favorite tacos include the Deep Fried Avocado, Yellow Finn Tuna, and the Shrimp. I can't say enough good things about this place!!!

Cheddars is a good place eat with many choices of different foods. I love their broccoli and cheese rice. Monte cristo is a good choice too. It is very affordable. Staff can be hit and miss as well as food. Not bad just not great. Their drinks are good if u enjoy drinking. I suggest the painkiller. The atmosphere is casual.

The food is good. They offer lunches for 5.99$. The food is fresh. I love their eggplant. Rolls are good. If you get a salad i suggest their house salad dressing. I have tried most of the pastas and not found one i don't like. Pizzas are really good. Staff is friendly. Atmosphere is casual. Very affordable.
