Reviewed By Sherpa32345904127Let me share my personal experience with RED VELVET SAMARPAN, I stayed there for 10 days, booked 25+ rooms for my 50+ guests, 4 banquets for the sangeet and wedding functions. Our guests who stayed there was more than happy with the facilities provided in Gm Samarpan, we had a smooth staying and check-in and check out experience and I would like to thank Mr.Roshan Mishra for making it happen. Now let's come to food, Samarpan served us the best taste in the town. All thanks to Mr Sunil (CHEF) who helped us to select the menu for Sangeet, wedding and separate lunch for 2 days. He took care of our taste and make sure that every guest love the food and services, and trust me he and all the dedicated kitchen team deserve a big appreciation for that. Last but not the least, I would like to thank Mr.Roshan for making everything happen. She arranged everything we asked for, she took care of the banquet, and she was always ready to assist, and just a call away, she was always available for us. Thank you Red velvet samarpan and each and every staff who directly or indirectly assisted us during our stay and ceremony, and helped us make a lifetime memory of my sister's wedding. again thanks Mr.Roshan Mishra??.

All of the rooms in Treebo Citi Inn are well designed with style and comfort. Some of the amenities included are a mini fridge, Kitchenette set, a comfortable king size bed, a wardrobe, luggage shelf, study table with chair, sofa chair, coffee table, living room, wide windows, along with other furnitures and fan.
Overpriced pathetically cooked food and not a well maintained property

Breakfast was not served on time and there was unwanted delay in readiness of breakfast even after multiple reminder. On top of that they have audacity to write "Outside food is not allowed". TV was also not working in the room. Bathroom commode seat was broken. Not so professional staffs. Overall neither a good place to stay nor value for money.

Reviewed By alokc874New Hotel with all facilities. Centrally located. 5 mins from station and 20 minutes from airport. The restaurant is well done up and has all types of dishes. The staff is very courteous and helpful. It has a visitor’s car park too.

Reviewed By amitjha09Such a worst hotel I have booked ever.they are doing directly booking on the behalf of OYO. and when the customer went to the hotel who book through the OYO, Hotel member denied giving the room. as they told me that the Sorry Sir room is not available, as all room is sold out, and when I called to OYO, customer care that how you have done this when the hotel has no room available longer, then they told me sir hotel has 1 room left. and after this conversations, when I said same to the reception boy they suddenly told their statement and told me that sir room is in under a maintenance. And I have an issue with the app I Can't it to OYO application. And after that when I asked to the reception boy that gives me the number of owner of the hotel, i have to raise the my concern to the owner that Is it really room is under maintenance, Then suddenly that boy tell me, Sir, I have one corporate room, Will give you in just 10 min. one more thing whenever I went to the hotel, Before check in the reception boy asked me, Sir, when you will go to checkout, You know why Because after my checkout they booked that room directly. I noticed the same last three time. So my concern to the Owner of the hotel is - please take proper care of staff, they are doing own business under your name.

Reviewed By Suman1998Washroom's lock doesn't work. Shower doesn't work in washroom. Window doesn't covered with grill. And staff behaviour is awesome, all rooms are cleaned and Well maintained. Washroom's kit's are available like body & hair wash.
