Reviewed By sumeetarora1975Title says it all. Stayed for 2 nights but had to return to Mumbai one night earlier than planned due to the war like situation in Pathankot. The owner was kind enough to refund 50% of my one night tariff. Rooms are ok, breakfast not that great at all

Luxury room Rs.2000+ fare after discount they gave us and it 1/10. Dirty Tea kettle..no tea bags .. dirty cups . No dustbin in room or washroom. Broken switches with a risk of getting shocks. No towels. Washroom exhaust fan not functioning properly. Congested rooms There are much much better hotels around . We need to call again and again for everything. Just 1 out 5 for the club sandwich which was good.

Reviewed By sayanjeemThis hotel was a pit-stop for our journey to Amritsar from Dharamshala. The hotel is on the main road itself, Rooms are clean and decent. The hotel also has a pub of its own. Quality of food is very good. Service was prompt and courteous. Loved my brief stay at this hotel

Reviewed By Ptek18This is the worst Hotel in Pathankot. Staff is arrogant specially there so called manager. The charged extra for a visitor and when I asked for the policy they started abusing. The so called manager threatened me that he will report this incident to Police. First of all the hotels ambience is 3rd class. Rooms were messy and had a weird smell. Staff behavior was rude. So Called Manager was arrogant as hell. There are no policies defined in this hotel and policies are made on the spot according to there will. I would recommend all of you to skip this horrible hotel and look for something better. There pictures are misleading. 3rd class Hotel with 3rd Class staff.

For those seeking an authentic Indian hotel experience
Reviewed By Dominique LI think most reviews here are unfair. Most seem to come from locals who expect a great room for a few hundred rupees. I returned for a second visit, this time in an other room type, and my experience was still positive. This hotel is actually a complex of several buildings, offering very simple old-fashioned style rooms to more modern ones, with full amenities. You get what you pay for. I decided to take the cheapest room and didn't expect much. It turned not so bad, just a very traditional cell type room in an old heritage building next to the railway. This is what foreigners used to expect while traveling in India 30 years ago; ultra cheap and simple, or luxury. So the cheap room here was exactly that. It had the thin traditional handmade mattress. which is very hard but ergonomic. It all seemed clean enough. Great for a stopover between Dharamshala and Amritsar. You get to meet locals and friendly smiling people. Cons: no wifi at all in the rooms, which can add to a sense of isolation if you are traveling alone. I would not recommend the rooms in the old building for solo women. Lots of men smoking in the rooms and talking loudly until late at night. Still giving a 3 star rating, because of what I paid for the room and the kindness of the owners.

Reviewed By JASVINDER1981We stopped here for Breakfast during our return journey from Katra. The quality of food and service both were very good. Lots of options are available for North Indian food but non for South Indian or Chinese.
