We love the Colombian Pacific cuisine, dishes with the essence of our land and the touch of our Chef make Casa Barco an experience that moves your senses. ¡The "Slow Food" concept allows us to ensure the freshness of each dish, always! The sea gives us off hows shrimp, piangua (crab), tollo (little shark) and squid; so the earth with their spices and fruits complete the 5 sense experience. Great variety, we have red meat and chicken especial cuts, cooked expertly with hours of preparation, so that everyone has an option. The paellas are a great alternative also.

Can say enough about this clean, nice restaurant. I just hope that the owner/chef/server/bartender makes it. We were the only ones there on a Wednesday night. Please support this great establishment!

We had picada and some natural juices which were the best of the meal.
picada was good but a little bit too grease though.
The place is well located in Palmira and had a nice atmosphere. Waiters were nice as well. It is a fair recommendation if You are around and want to try something local.

Nos encontramos con un lugar muy al estilo cubano. Fuimos en fin de semana, y habia show en vivo. No se si en la semana es igual. La pasamos muy bien

Eso fue al finalizar el sancocho que pedimos.
La limonada cerezada estaba buena, no tan dulce.
