Took a bit of searching to find this place For a small, basic room next to the river,it was a bit expensive for MYR 500+ There was an outdoor jacuzzi, which was 1 feet away from the next room's unit!! Hot water is an issue and supply was inconsistent Bed was small.Free parking available inside the property Pros? The staff, especially during check-in/out was great! she even came to our car to hand us back our key deposit! Breakfast was basic but ok We went on a weekday and the noise from revving bikes and cars from the road up to genting was pretty loud.....imagine a weekend! Room amenities could be improved ....a lot!

The best glamping experience one can get

First and foremost, its quite difficult to find a date as the place is almost always fullhouse. We were among the lucky few, that there was a last minute cancellation. Staff goes beyond their willpower to accomodate all request, always available, always helping. First impression of the place, wow so unique, fancy. Decoration is on point. Everything was organized, well planned. Checkin was brief, made reservation for dinner and was explained on all activities available. Buggy was on standby already to transport us to the tent and tour the place. The compound is actually walkable. Not that huge. Our tent, Dragonfly 8. The tent itself is nicely decorated. With all the necessity. Bed is comfortable, air conditioned worked well. Lavish even for glamping standard. Not to mention the landscape around the area is well thought to give you some privacy even with tent next to each other. There was so much complimentary activities you can do that my kids went wild. They start off with swimming in the pool, and then jump in the river, and then went for badminton, trampoline jumping, mini golf. At night we went for a bonfire while eating toasted marshmellow and later head to the open air cinema watching Enchanto under the star. Dinner was tasty. Had Laksa Sarawak and Oxtail soup. The Laksa is notable. Not close to what we used to have in Kuching but it was alright. Picnic by the river for breakfast was a joy ! First time for the kids. The only downside from my stay is that the bathroom emit an uneasy smell. I do not know where it comes from, its either urinal or from the dampness of the tent. Tried to rinse off using soap water, still doesnt go away. And cleanliness can be better. A little dusty here and there. But understandable with back to back checkin. But should not be an excuse if they plan to charge RM1000 per night. Overall, I don’t think any other place in Malaysia can beat Tiarasa in term of the glamping experience. They done well. Kudos for the effort and thank you for bringing in the concept so that me & my kids get to try it.

Cheap but okay

Can't really complain about that price, but don't have expectations of comfort, especiLly regarding toilets and showers. Still the place offers mosquito nets on the beds wich is a nice plus. The restaurant serves great food, although you can get cheaper in town.

GET you aways without provided a payung

Extremely dissatisfied with payung getway services. A place to get you away without provided a payung(umbrella) 1.Briefing a approximately 10 camp rules with a pices of A4 paper writing on the clipboard without any safety guide. (No camping skill and knowledge at all) 2. An encounter unexpected heavy rainstorm and high wind was happened to us early June, around 9.30pm about 6 to 7 tents are blown down by the wind , the person in charge or on duty at this campsite is totally not in sight to support and did not provide a safery advise. 3. To conclude, I know that nothing will change here since I have read other reviews. In my opinion they are unprofessional with the way they treated their campers, as the person in charge is very rudeness and unhelpful. To warn others If you are with children or just a beginner campers, it is advisable to skip this campsite.

Great adventure

Reviewed By Hai65

For a glamping experience, this is as good a place as any. The place is clean, staff are very friendly and you can enjoy the jacuzzi and spa. However, the tents are very hot during the day time which was unexpected as you expect a stay in Genting to be cool. At night, it was cool and cozy. Toilet is outside the tent, small but clean. Just have to be careful at night coz if you leave the lights on, it will be full of insects. Not much activity otherwise at the glamping site. It would be nice if they have a nature trail to walk around in. Otherwise you have to find entertainment in the theme park. Only breakfast is provided. Other meals have to bring your own or eat out.
