We hebben hier heerlijk gegeten. De gastheer is erg vriendelijk en prijst de lekkere dingen goed aan. Het toetje met de karamel en chocolade is erg lekker. En ja, zoals de andere recensenten schrijven is de inrichting niet echt uitnodigend. Nou en!

Kleine koffie en thee schenkerij met mogelijkheid tot het nuttigen van bijzondere high tea. Klein gezellig buitenterras aan straatkant. Gelegenheid tot het kopen van kleine hebbedingetjes.centraal gesitueerd in het mooie Dieoenheim met zijn kunstgalerijen en mooie landgoederen in de directe omgeving.

Great hospitality. Fair prices, Good food. Nice places to sit both in- and out-doors. Wonderful forest to walk in straight from their terrace. Gea is one of the quickest and most pleasant people to serve you. Nice and old building that accomodates bypassers or groups. Maintained with respect for history and surrounding living nature.

This is where the locals go.Excellent choice of food from menu and black board. Plenty beer and wine. Ice cream shop on the outside. There is weekend entertainment but not heard or seen myself.

Stayed in the hotel for a night and decided to have dinner here as well. Great evening! the bistro was packed with other people, but the service and speed of serving were great. We decided to go a la carte. tuna as a starter; big portions!! Main courses veal with a gamba and tenderloin skewer. Very wll prepared and seasoned, good French fries and bread as well. We took a nice bottle of italian wine (valpolicella).For desert we had a nice selection of mousse, icecream and some fruit.

After church we went as a 19 strong family to this place for a pancake lunch. The place with its many nooks and crannies in several buildings worked magic with our grandchildren.We had great difficulty weaning them away from the big size trampoline.We'll be back!

Markelo has not much to offer as far as good food is concerned. Welcome exception to this poor conclusion is il campanile, where proud Italians honour their country by serving delicious Italian food. Apart from the crispy pizza's and pasta's, there is much to enjoy of other Italian specialties, always prepared with fresh ingredients. Recommendable is the fixed menu, daily offered at a fair price. And the winecard is good enough to satisfy "connaisseurs". Living nereby, my wife and I love to visit this restaurant on a regular base.

We enjoyed our dinner at Den Haller. The food was good (and plentiful), the wine was good too, but the service was excellent and that makes a real difference. Good seafood, steaks, and vegetarian options. Located in a nice mill house just outside the small village of Diepenheim. Worth visiting if you're in the area.

Good and solid menu to choose from with a relatively fast service and reasonably priced. They used to have a huge grand dessert but we havenât tested that one recently.
