Restaurant has been in business for 26 years. It is a family business. We are located only 5 km from highrow A1 Zagreb-Split, exit 10 Otočac(direction National park Plitvice Lakes)only 1.5km from centre. Quiet and natural surrounding with family atmosphere.

This is a cute restaurant hidden in one of the most beautiful regions of Croatia. We visit every summer, and the food just keeps getting better and better! The waiter speaks great english and makes great recommendations if you dont quite know what you want. If you would like to have a nice traditional Croatian meal in a comfortable atmosphere, I definetly recommend stopping through on your way to Plitvice Lakes or the Velebit National Park! <i am 100% sure you wont be dissapointed!!

We came very late in the evening when the whole restaurant was booked. But we were greated and welcomed - the hostess was great and we had a very nice conversation! The trout was amazing, the meat - average, so highly recommend the fish as it's fresh and nicely grilled

like it was hundred years ago, family Butina made it now. Sitting accompanied with horny goat and indifferent, fat dog we warmed up with nice soup, enough for 4 persons. Than owner, generous mr Tomo brought grilled bruschettes with bacon and mushrooms & cheese. Mixed meat plate was crowded with pork, chicken and vegetable made in front of us on grill. Honey brandy nicely completed our meal, and the price was far under value. Recommendation!!!

We visited Bumerang last night upon a recommendation from a local business owner. The prices were very reasonable and the food was excellent quality. We loved the home made bread and delicious sauces that came with their meals. The grilled trout was delicious, and came with home made gnocchi. The portion sizes were just right. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. We only stayed one night in the area, otherwise we would have returned for another meal! Hvala!

Stopped for lunch,outside Seating provided,just overlooking the Gacka river wich flows nearby,with two swans swimming in it. The waitress was very friendly,suggested grilled trout with veggies,meat also, so we took trout and meat roll,stuffed with ham and a tasteful mushroom sauce.The white wine was good,chilled.The restaurant seemed
well filled with guests.
