This is one of the many small restaurants on the second floor of the Kansai International Airport complex. "551 Horai" Chinese food restaurant chain is well known in Japan for their simple Japanese-style Chinese food and their steamed buns with port and vegetable filling.The service was quick and foods (Mabo tofu rice and seafood fried noodle) were good and filling. Pricing is slightly higher, probably due to its location at airport.

The service was a bit slow, it took more than ten minutes for my drink to come.I had ordered half a crispy duck, when it came it was just the crispy skin, a few pieces on prawn crackers. The skin was rolled at the table into pancakes.One beer and rolls (8) cam to $ 90!!!!!!!!

We checked in early and went looking for breakfast. Saw this shop selling a Chinese Dumpling & Dim Sum breakfast set at 750 Yen. We gave it a try but were quite disappointed. Other than the dumplings, all the rest of the food in the set taste terrible.
