I've been by this place 100 times but we never stopped. My husband and I decided to try something new after reading all the good reviews and we were not disappointed.The service was very good. Attentive staff, good bartenders, great food, and the atmosphere was very friendly and laid back. We will definitely be returning!

We eat at this restaurant on average one time a week, usually dinner. The owners are on site, and oversee all preparations and service. They use special meat and seafood providers; and the meals are expertly prepared. The soups, bread, and desserts are made in-house. The vegetables are garden-grown and seasonal. Full bar and nice wine menu. Staff is friendly and long-tenured. Fresh flowers grace the tables, and local artwork is available for sale. We loved one painting so much we purchased it.One of my favorite meals is the bacon-wrapped filet mignon. My husband likes the short ribs. Our favorite sides are the wild rice pilaf and the loaded potato.

We decided to visit this restaurant again as we popped in last year and it was lovely. We weren't disappointed. The strawberry lemonade was to die for. Everyone enjoyed their burgers and the bottomless fries were an added bonus. We visited on two occasions this year and will call in again when we're over in 2019.

We love coming into Wankers Corner! They have great food, great service, we've been coming in for years! We even brought our mom in for her first experience on her 75th birthday! She loved her food! I work in customer service and will be the first person to call out bad service because that is all you get these days... Today, I want to thank Wankers Corner! They gave us above and beyond amazing customer service! Service so memorable, we were shocked! They new exactly how to turn around a situation and we are greatly appreciative! Sadly restaurant was closedbut bartender was wonderful. Apologized for error on yelp and google regarding their hours. Went outside to ensure we drove right way, and gave specific directions to an area with multiple eateries. Now that is true service! Wish we could have eaten there!

I heard their radio ad and it caught my attention. Iâm willing to drive a long way for some honest to goodness BBQ.I was not disappointed. The ribs were meaty and very tasty just as they were presented. There is a choice of two sauces in squeeze bottles if you want more flavor. I tried both sauces and decided I liked the ribs just the way they were offered.I had Cole slaw and cornbread as the sides. For lunch it was all the food I needed.Additional menu offerings included BBQ brisket and chicken as sandwiches and more.This family owned business values personal hospitality as its first menu offering before you even get to the food.The owners were on the floor ensuring guest satisfaction. Located in an area of small shops in what was an old church. The outside is unimpressive but the interior was really well done. The food was just a bit bland. Being from Texas I am used to a more flavorful chicken tortilla soup but it was still good. We also ordered a Caesar wrap with chicken. It was literally just lettuce and chicken with Caesar dressing inside a tortilla. No cheese or anything else. We were asked if we wanted croutons in the wrap and we said no. But it was worth it just to get to sit in the old church.

My family and I had lunch here after a nice visit to the Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival. I had the Iâm a Fungi Burger and my wife had the Mac cheese and bacon burger. Very tasty. They were very busy but the service was excellent.

The high point of my meal was probably the pear and gorgonzola salad, which was delightful. Weâre in Copper River Salmon season, and itâs offered as a special so two of us ordered it. It was well cooked but we both found it oddly tasteless. The potato and asparagus sides were ok but uninspired. They donât serve bread either before or during the entrees, which is chintzy at this price point. Our waiter tried hard but service was slow because he was stretched. Overall, we got the impression of a somewhat upscale chain restaurant and I was hoping for more.
