the food is great prices are great. you honestly cannot go wrong if you want a home cooked meal. perfect location. great even for work lunches with your co workers

Being a vegetarian I can tell you that there are not enough specialty restaurants that cater to vegetarians/vegans. Especially in a small city like Pembroke! I have eaten at Blendz Smoothie Shop a few times now and I have never been disappointed. This place is every bit as good as Pure Kitchen or The Table in Ottawa, and given the choice this would be my preference. I have had their smoothies, their grilled cheese and coconut bacon sandwich, their Pho and everything has been excellent. I'm happy that Pembroke finally has a vegetarian/vegan restaurant.Wow! what a compliment, thank you so much for taking the time to review!
