Everytime I go to the Cleveland Clinic in Chestnut Commons, I always make a stop at Rubin's Deli & Restaurant, which is directly across the street.They offer a variety of American and Lebanese meals. I used to love the egg salad croissant, but it is no longer offered. Switching to chicken salad was just as good. Today, I ordered the chicken salad plate which consisted of a heaping mound of chicken salad, a slightly smaller serving of potato salad, two egg halves, sliced black olives and a pickle. All for only $10.00. The salads are fresh and made in house.Rubin's has a warm décor and is not loud. It's a great place to come with friends for a quiet lunch without TV's blaring with sports.I wish Rubin's was closer to me, for I would dine there quite often.

Subway was open during the major snow Thursday. I didnât expect it to be closed. I am just expressing my gratitude because I was starving and needed a veggie sub. The young lady working was so nice and pleasant. She has outstanding customer service skills. The receipt says Alexis, I didnât see a name tag sorry. I went in at 8:01 pm. Thank you to this friendly young lady and thank you Subway for having such great veggie sandwiches.

Stopped here for late lunch after a nearby appointment. Chicken noodle soup is excellent. BLT sandwich and turkey on rye very good. Coffee excellent. Prices very reasonable. Nothing fancy but good food and service at a reasonable price. We don't live real close but will definitely return when in the area.
