Made reservations for a Friday evening but when got there, were told we needed to sit in a COLD room unattached to what they show you on website. Tables around us sitting with dirty food on them, closet door to storage gaping open and virtually no service! Had to go and look for help. We waited 1 hr. 15 min. for food and my "medium" filet filled my plate with blood upon cutting it. We had a concert to attend so could not wait for re-cook by this time. Room was cold and the six of us who were stuck there were all wearing coats. The atmosphere has potential but they surely have missed the opportunity to provide what it takes to make a fine restaurant.

When we travel to the Midwest we look forward to eating at Bob Evans but the last few visits have been disappointing. We were at the Tiffin location about 1pm for lunch and the waitstaff seemed overwhelmed. Several of the table were still covered with dishes from diners who had left. Manager of this location should address staffing. Stick with the basics -- bacon and eggs with biscuits, always good.

Serving Breakfast, sandwiches, dinner entrees, Soup, Salad 'n Fruit Bar and lots of desserts. All meals are served in the dining room or "to-go" via carryout or drive-thru windows.

Nice quick place to eat. Service was friendly but a bit slow. I also thought the floor and seating could have been a bit cleaner but the food was very good.Thank you for the feedback. We really do appreciate guest feedback.

19 adults and 2 children ate here on 10-15-17. Our waitress was calm with such a large crowd. We had a good time and all things considered the service was just fine.Some great tap beer available.

This is a great bar and grille. It has a casual contemporary atmosphere. The food is very good. It has a very diverse beer selection. We were seated promptly. Our server did a great job of explaining the menu. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a casual dining experience.

Jollyâs, a Tiffin icon, is back in a historic building that features indoor seating.Business must be good as they are expanding their dining room.Recently while in Tiffin, I stopped in. The service was excellent and the food was great! Their chicken sandwiches are the ultimate comfort food and our savory with a hint of spice. Their fountain root beer is excellent. The food was filling and the whole scene made me nostalgic.I would recommend Jollyâs to any one in town visiting one of the two universities or simply passing through as it is a throw back restaurant to the pre chain restaurant days of the past.I give them a thumbs up for value, taste, and service.

Food Is delicious, however, it is way overpriced. Beverages are good too, however, again, overpriced. I wish I could afford to come here more.

A friend recommended this place. Not sure if I would have gone in based on the outside appearance but I am glad we did. Building is old but well maintained. Good selection of food and drinks.

Whether it be the burgers, chucks, or wings your always getting consistently good food. They strive for customer happiness. Many choices on the menus with great sides like homemade coleslaw and broccoli salad to name a few. They also have a great beer selection. It is worth the stop!
