This scenic place offers most competent service, phantastic scenery, a nature little lake for a relaxed swim and a brandnew pool - best of all are the offered Kaesespaetzle and their Weizenbeer

We returned to this restaurant several times during our 2 week vacation in the area. Friendly service and great atmosphere. The Ochsenhuftsteak (which I think is Ox Steak) was out of this world. Amazing texture - amazing taste.

This place is huge and caters to bus loads. They have a traditional German salad bar and you can fill up a huge bowl from it for €6.90. There are also many choices on their menu ranging from dishes at €7 to €25 for special steaks. My meal was decent enough but my pork was fatty. The other members of the group enjoyed what they ordered more. However two of them received their fried potatoes really late as they had almost finished the meal before they showed up. The service was friendly and English is spoken by all. I recommend asking for a German menu as the translations may lead you to miss your German favorites that are on the menu.
One additional item - there is a nice walk around town that starts from this restaurant. Be sure to ask for a map for the walk.

von Italien zufällig dieses Restaurant gefunden, weil das Restaurant, wo ich eigentlich hin wollte geschlossen hatte.
Sehr gute Hausmannskost: bayrischen Leberkäs und dazu das typische Weizen - herrlich! Dazu sitzt man auf einer gemütlichen Terasse. Die Wirtsleute und die Bedienung sind freundlich und schnell - professionell!

If you love all the typical Bavarian food Schupfnudeln,Knödel and all the other wonderful things they make with potatoes, you´ll be happy here. Great salads and sauces. for meat eaters of course, the best dishes in Germany are Bavarian... Bernhard´s has an excellent choice. It is always busy so best is to make areservation...service a little slow but the food makes up for it all.

Thats what my 8 year old son calls the owner and talks about his ice cream for a whole year. Amazing cakes too and a very friendly staff makes every visit very pleasant. The taste is worth every calorie!!!!!!

Liked the fast service , good food and beer!
Location is on the main road in the village so no great vista but easy access even from the motorway (if you come off the Inntal autobahn at Oberaudorf and head for Oberaudorf it is at the t junction just 2mins away). Will go again .

It is an old farmhouse on a back road yet it is stepping back in time inside.
food is typical local food , home made to order .

Sunday night in Oberaudorf not much is open. Filled with skepticism and with a dearth of options, we chose to get a takeway pizza and were very pleasantly surprised. Tasty pizza, and would recommend the tuna salad to share.
