Reviewed By mrwjcMy wife & I have just had a 2 night stay at Potters Apartments. We found the room very spacious & clean with a covered area outside the back door with a table & benches to sit on. There is a pool & tennis court to use. Potters is under 3 kilometres from Cessnock & a short drive to wineries in the area. We would certainly stay there again in the future.

Great little campsite
Reviewed By madseachelleBooked 4 nights midweek. Arrived on a Sunday afternoon and the office was closed. After calling the number on the door the Manager arrived in 2 minutes. Booking in was quick and easy. The camp grounds grass sites and surrounds were well maintained despite the continual rain over the last few months and you can see they take care in trying to maintain them . There are new concrete slabs for some of the powered sites, as well. The staff were helpful, friendly and approachable. The camp kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. There were even some free ingredients. The amenities block is older and very clean. I liked the idea of having a 'free' item table containing shampoos, conditioners, moisturisers etc, that you could borrow, if needed. The showers were also hot with good pressure. Will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.

Perfect Family Set Up
Reviewed By H4566AZemmawWe stayed here for 2 nights in a family room. Great size room and ensuite. Very new, clean, fresh. FANTASTIC linen - I know, I know, not that exciting, but by 'backpacker' standards, bedding, towels etc were a very pleasant surprise. Great kitchen facilities, as well as bbq's. The best thing for us was the outdoor space, complete with volleyball court and sporting equipment for us to all let loose with after a day in the car. There's a pool here too, but WAY too cold right now. All in all, highly recommended for families and anyone in general.

Best guest house
Reviewed By LauraB5373We recently stayed at the guest house as we were in the hunter valley for Elton John. I cannot recommend a place more highly than this place. Four ensuite rooms beautiful and immaculately kept. Sue is very helpful and gives plenty of local recommendations about booking tables at the local places especially at busy points of the year. Come and go as you please from the house great kitchen area and lounge space to sit. I cannot recommend this place more highly it was a lovely place and lovely people. Local bus stop for concerts just across the road and also the ihopper wine tour
