We spent an evening in Port Hawkesbury on our way back to Ontario. The restaurant was full but not lined up out the door. The food was very good, however the owner should look to employ more wait staff. You can see this by the level of frustration they exhibited citing how busy they were and apologizing for the forgotten beverage as well as the main course arriving before the appetizers were half way done. So glad you enjoyed your meals. We are sorry to hear our wait staff wasn't on point that night and will definitely look into what the issues were that evening. We assure you that isn't the norm for us, as we have plenty of wait staff. Unfortunately, from time to time, things come up or happen that are out of our control. If you are ever in the area again, please give us another try, we promise we will not disappoint!!

LOL heartburn is what you are buying folks... if you must eat chicken go get some rottisarie chicken at the grocery store and some salad... make this eating choice a rare occurrence...

Well KFC should not bring about any surprises and this one is no exception except in this case there is one thing that stands out; the staff are superbly accommodating. So if you are so inclined to partake in a periodic indulgence the staff will make you feel much less guilty.
