Been here several times now and have never been disappointed. Quality, fresh delicious food. Great service and atmosphere. Can recommend all the salads ..especially the Pontaillac. the linguine carbonara is also a great hit with my children.Top it off with a cafe gourmand and ready to chill on the beach a very short walk away.

Our first night in Royan and were drawn towards this Portside restaurant on the Strip .A warm and inviting Welcome .A broad selection of plates .Good quality food albeit simple dishes .Large portions and friendly services .Typical overpricing but they are all the same on Portside .You pay to eat on the Harbour in the sunshine!

Excellent food, excellent service and excellent location. My wife and I chose from the menu decouverte and all the dishes were superb. Great ingredients, well cooked and perfectly seasoned. The menu was inventive. Service was professional and attentive. The decor is very pleasing and the view magnificent. Total bill for two including a bottle of wine was â¬100 which, considering the location and quality, was reasonable. Unlike some other reviewers we didn't feel rushed at all. Maybe that is only a problem at the height of the season? Highly recommended and I would certainly go back.

Had delicious gourmet lunch as well as Friday nite dinner overlooking the 18 th hole. Food gourmet quality wellpriced. Service top notch. Has to be one of best restaurants in this lovely seaside cities. When you tire of the very good beach choices try the golf club for a dining experience!
