Sooo... We paid almost 10k PLN for 3 persons ( one is a child) for 3 days, food was All-right,out of 3 days only today it was really tasty, but we needed to wait in line like in communist times for basic food, like pierogi or uszka on 24/12 Christmas eve!!!!!!!!!?? The bartanders and most of stuff is from, Ukraine bartender in the club did cheat on bar prices ( my freind paid 2x times more than I did for Hennessy, I paid 35 zł and he did paid 60 zł). The stuff don't give a-f about guests ( except polish stuff or female Ukrainian, they were realy amazing and they tried to make the stay on this hotel more pleasant, and don't get any strange ideas, i mean just treating us, guest as human beings, being professional). I don't understand how this hotel get menage to being such a sh***ole, in just 3y i been here last time, idk what happened but it's not a good direction and as a costumer and a small biznes over i will never come back here, for example : today is Saturday and hotel workers working here are closing club at 1am... Why the f*** did I paid for drinks?! Just to get drunk and go back to room to sleep and not even dance for a hour?! ? F**k this place, pick other one really ? even if u want to spend time under the sea i reccomend to rent an apartment. I didn't test here, I just got angry and being stress out, we had wasted so much money on here-don't repeat our mistakes.

This one will make you smile

Reviewed By nichts2014

There is a bowling alley in the building. If the manager is throwing a little party (and some pins), you hear the rumble all night. Rooms are smelly. Doublebeds are 140cm wide and solid as a rock, so you better be small and tough. Windows are untight. All signs are in polish - no translations. The most lightbulbs in the "spa area" are broken. The staff is very polite but speaks barely english. You cant pay in euro. Food was good. Overall a nice family guesthouse but no hotel. No international standard. Of course no refunds.

Perfect spa trip

Treated some family to a Spa trip and was very pleased with our experience. Hotel was modern, clean and conformable (only minor gripe was a lack of a kettle in the room - how very British of me!). Ruska Bania was a fantastic experience with proper Polish hospitality (i.e. lots of yummy food!). Folwarlk location was stunning. A place where you can truly relax and experience the beauty of the Mazury. I will definitely be coming back.

A peculiar stay

Reviewed By Philip B

First things first, the Zamek, or castle, is enchanting and the location right on the beach is second to none. There’s also plenty of rustic charm and the rooms are clean and well-maintained on the whole. But it’s one of the strangest hotels you’ll stay in. Like much of Poland, the welcome and service you’ll get can be described as ‘fine’. Politeness is abundant, but don’t expect any help with your bags, or for anything above and beyond the usual. For example, while using the pool, staff members came over and started covering and closing it, even while I was still swimming. Fine at closing time, but it was 3pm! Despite its 1907 build date and extensive renovations, there is no lift, and the disabled access is very unfriendly. We had a pram and the doorway via the ramp was locked on several occasions. This meant lugging cases, pram and baby up and down several flights each and every day. The rooms that have been renewed are lovely, but our in-laws’ room needed a fresh look. It felt like little had been in done in 30 or so years, and that maintenance rather than renewal was the key to success. The biggest let down however was the Wi-Fi. It was difficult to maintain a connection and the connection was painfully slow throughout the hotel. We couldn’t stream or upload photos, so we ended up using our data - with little signal making that difficult too. And breakfast? Straight out of the 1970s - all fine, all tasty, but another quirky experience you’ll need to be prepared for. One thing we really enjoyed was the food in the restaurant. Everything tasted good and the quality of ingredients became obvious, but for Poland, it’s very expensive! Worth it? Probably, if you’re looking for ease. The new spa was just opening as we arrived and was pretty good, albeit a little weird. In all, we liked elements of Zamek Leba but we think a few things need a warning. If you’re planning on spending most of your time on the beach or exploring Leba, then great. If you need the most out of the facilities, then you’ll be left wanting from time to time. Just don’t stay here if you plan a working holiday - you’ll spend your holiday in an Internet cafe!

The area around is also lovely, located strategically near Gdynia, Gdansk, Sopot, Hel and several other places. Deep in the countryside but very close to the sea, it's really a dream location.

On a good way to be perfect

I spent Easter holidays with kids in Rosevia resort. In first words I have to say that interiors are on high level. We felt very comfortable. Food was good, but only good because very often dishes were missing simple taste. We advice to use more herbs or salt especially that resort have own grown plants place. Big minus for coffee. In Easter package we had breakfasts and dinner included. Rosevia resort offered us wonderfull desserts buffet, but no coffee. If you wanted coffee you had to pay. That was vird. Amazing ladies taking care of kids. Our daughter was very happy and excited during time in kids house. Wonderful outside playground with tyrol slide. All outside has big potencial for summer months to spend wonderful holidays near Baltic sea. Big plus for stairs to the beach - this view is really worth to come back to Rosevia Resort. Special thanks to ladies in reception - very nice and proffesional.
