Decided to pop in for a mid-afternoon cocktail and ended up for hours having dinner and several more cocktails as they were so delicious! The Mediterranean Chios cocktail was my favourite. Service is top notch and the bar looks out across to the marina. Great spot, hope to be back one day!

I have tried their bougatsas in the morning - kasseri and fetta cheese as well as the sweet one with cream. All really fresh and delicious. Tried also some sweets and ice cream. Also highly recommended, especially their ice cream which as we have been told is made by them. They also have a great variety of savory and sweet waffles and pancakes to select from.The place is also very clean and nicely decorated.

La Bussola is located at the right end of the harbor ( right when looking towards the sea), close to the Chandris Hotel. It is actually next to a busy road. It is an Italian Restaurant serving pizzas and pasta dishes but their meat dishes, served with French fries and basmati rice are also very good. The portions are quite big and the prices are reasonable. Half a liter of house wine was about 5 Euros. Service was efficient while we were there. This place is popular with Greeks as well as tourists.

Alati & Piperi is my favorite place to watch the sunset on Karfas Beach. A glass of wine served by friendly staff and the calm of the water is transporting. I also had dinner there this past visit. A friend and I shared some grilled mastello cheese (yum) and a tasty green salad with sweet dressing accompanied by some really nice bread made for a nice light meal. I had visited A&P last year in August maybe 3 or 4 times and the server actually remembered me this year. I was impressed!

More like a resort than just a restaurant / bar - adjoining establishments, Karafaki (restaurant) & Oasis (cafe & bar) - with a number of table & lounging areas spilling over both sides of the boardwalk, right on the beach at Karfas (probably Chios's widest & most beautiful bathing beach) - has all bases covered. From a relaxed brunch, a snack, coffee or cold beer, right through dinner to drinks into the wee hours .. they even do 'beach-service' to their own umbrella'd sun-lounges right there on the sand!Like old friends, delightfully warm & accommodating hosts, Geralien & Kostas, are even more sparkling & inviting than the beautiful blue Aegean Oasis-Karafaki overlooks.Nothing was too much trouble, including inventive suggestions / alterations to accommodate any dietary preference.Relaxed, spaciously spread out (& very kid-friendly) with warm attentive staff, an extensive menu of fresh local & international dishes, & great value for money - & all in a 'postcard' beautiful location - Oasis-Karafaki is a gem.

Pastas, antipasti are all first class! You need to make a reservation. The staff is kind and helpfull but theyâre too busy and always in run :)! The place is not very charming, especially the tables outside but you can eat real italian food with very tasty greek touches

What to say for Ammothines RestaurantWhatever tastes you are looking for Chian traditional meals you can easily combine them with a wonderful view in the restaurant's out tables into karfas beach.Traditional meals of Fishes etc also Pork Beefs Chicken everything we could say comes in connection with new modern cuisine and finally the result is modern plates which makes you travel within the world of tastes of Chios Island.Needless to say Kidsfriendly and of course the owners understand shares the parents concern about food and well done meals......as they are also parents..Greek Hospitality and kindness to the maximum...
