we've visited Hilden in march 2017 and we randomly choosed markt 8,the staff was very friendly and wellcoming. I visit this place once a year and am always looking forward to it. The quality of the fish is outstanding and represents value for money. Amazingly delicious sushi can be found here too and their crisp white wine is absolutely divine. Note that this is not a restaurant but a fishmongers with a few tables and a limited menu! Go!

We spent a wonderful evening at the nam. Always very fresh from their own next door seefood shop.Wines served by the glas and "mini deserts" allow for full indulgence without full calories.Unassuming, contemporary tasteful dining room with competent and extremely charming service.

We entered the restaurant, and we were greeted by smiling faces and shown to our table, all was perfectly clean, the menu had a good selection at reasonable cost.the wine list was extensive.the food came cooked and presented to a high standard. We would thoroughly recommend this restaurant.
