It amazes me how people can walk into an establishment such as this and be so rude, impolite and even down right nasty towards the staff. I witnessed this when I visited and the lady even had the cheek to lay blame on the staff member. I commend the lady behind the bar for not completely losing her cool at this sad excuse for a woman/patron. After all people that work in hospitality deserve the same respect as anyone else. Be polite, it might just male their day. I received great service whilst there and highly recommend.

A group of friends and myself went in for a late dinner and ended up staying to have a few drinks and a dance. Excellent food, the staff were absolutely amazing and the atmosphere was awesome both for a nice meal out and then a party in the later hours. Will definitely be back!

We had lunch there & even tho the staff were very busy we were not disappointed with our meal. Highly recommend the big beef burger. Staff were very friendly & accommodating especially the Chef Mark. Will definitely be back there again. Thanks to all we dealt with. All the best for 2018.

What a place! We went on a super busy winter weekend in Ohakune. Every place was packed and we were recommended to come here. Luckily there were 2 free booths for our group even though the place was pumping. We were greeted by a super friendly and humorous waiter who ensured we were well looked after and happy even though there was a long wait for food. The wait was certainly worth it as the food was spot on and delicious. All the wait and bar staff are a credit to this place and make the visit really enjoyable regardless of how busy they are. This will definitely be our go to in Ohakune from now on!

Not a great experience. Ordered a chai latte with soy milk for $6.50! Thought it was a mistake so asked an employee she wouldn't look at me when answering. Would recommend getting a coffee menu, if I was informed I wouldn't have bought a coffee. Drink was cold, sent it back, staff were ok about that. Really lacks a friendly atmosphere and staff obviously don't like what thay are doing. Would not buy drinks here again.

Had dinner here on a Monday night. Burgers came out on time and tasted pretty good. Ordered kamikaze fries also and after finishing our burgers and waiting for 20+ minutes they never arrived. Had to ask the staff and continue waiting ages to finally get them. Waited ages again for staff to process our payment. Weren't offered any discount either with was very disappointing. Most likely will not return due to the poor service alone.
