Clearly attended by a informed local crowd. We just found on TA as we were traveling through and glad we stopped. Great service from committed and friendly staff. Extensive menu, full bar and b-tender made a good martini. Carolyn had a craving for their chicken pot pie and loved it. I had chicken sliders appetizer with a mild creamy ranch style dressing....plenty enough as a meal. Yummy! Will be our go to spot in Hampstead next time through.

First time at the Village Cafe but certainly won't be the last when we are in the area. Service was quick and all of our entrees were correct, even with the minor changes to acommodate dietary restrictions. Our food was prepared as ordered. This is a great place to gather with friends or family for a quiet lunch. April, our server, was pleasant and did a fine job.

Went to Sunday brunch on Mother's Day. Service was good, they had plenty of staff working. Brunch menu was nice, food came out timely, and was good quality. Atmosphere in the restaurant is good. Will go back. but we have a couple other places in Hampstead that are better.

Yes, very friendly staff (although management does not seem to schedule enough help on weekends and events). Great bar and the dining room is not usually busy. They have finally found a great chef with Cassy. Menu is limited but is often supplemented with specials (Not on the menu). Great burgers and seasoned fries, or try the pasta salad with your sandwich for a change (one of my personal favorites). We live close and love dining here once or twice a week. Did I mention the beer is fresh and cold. So play around of golf at Castle Bay CC and then step inside for a great bite..
