Getting to our Nags Head destination after 10 hours on the road, pizza was our families first food choice. While checking into our beach rental we found Pizzazz Pizza was just three blocks from our home. Ordering 3 large multi topping pizzas can be a chore at times trying to please everyone but it worked out well. Needless to say our pizza was very good and was ready in 20 minutes. A perfect end to a long day. We will definitely return when in Nags head again.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza. The crust was like cardboard. Tasted like frozen pizza. Service was fast.Hi speedg00se,Weâre glad you were pleased with our speed of service on your visit, but weâre very sorry you didnât enjoy our pepperoni pizza. The pizza you received certainly does not sound like the quality meal our family enjoys serving to our customers. Our dough is made from scratch & hand-tossed...& a product we are proud to serve. I stopped in to grab a burger & fries to go. I didnât call ahead but the wait was super quick. The portion size was big and the food was delicious!!!! Burgers and fries are my fav & I eat them at many different places. South Beach To Go is definitely in my top 5 for a burger & fries now. So good and the cashier was super nice! Highly recommend!

Got their dare devil pizza. Lots of toppings. Pretty good flavor. Would have preferred a bit more spice in the sauce but that is a personal desire. Pizza was ready fast and decent flavor. A tad on the expensive side but good.

First off they use a tomato puree which is very watery instead a thicker sauce which makes for a very soggy pizza. If the sauce had any kind of flavor other then wet tomatoes may have helped and drain some of the water off. The flavor of the toppings are great except my wife said the spinach on her pizza was the worst she ever had. I thought maybe reheating the leftovers in the oven would help dry the moisture and crisp the crust up a little but it was only slightly successful. It did dry some of the moisture but crust never got crisp. The worst part about the experience was paying over $40 for two 12 inch pizzas and two fountain drinks. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is I did like the toppings.Really disappointed this was your experience. Soggy is far from what our regular result is, but I will say sometimes a pizza with a lot of toppings (especially tomatoes and other veggies) can contribute significant moisture as they cook. Our spinach is fresh lead spinach so if she was expecting frozen spinach that could have been a mixup. Please donât hesitate to email us. We stopped in for dinner and were extremely impressed! Our waiter was amazing! He was really on top of our refills and checking on us to ensure we were okay. All of the items we ordered were delicious! We had mozzarella sticks, salads, wings, pizza and subs. The Italian sub was so good! Deducted one star because there was a bit of a wait time and the food didnât come out all together. This restaurant definitely has a lot of potential if the wait time is managed better.

This place has a very boring and unexciting atmosphere. It needs to be completely overhauled for a new atmosphere. The service was rather good. The pizza was quite tasty. We got three toppings and wine and beer. All was good quality, but again this place has no atmosphere. I think if the atmosphere were more interesting and exciting this place would get a very good rating from me. Prices are very high for pizza considering good pizza can be found for a lot less money.

After settling into our house we needed food! We walked to the tavern and placed a to-go order at the bar for pizzas. The staff was friendly and able to accommodate getting us mozzarella sticks for the kids too. Later in the week we return to get pizzas again.
