Family owned. Fresh food made with love. Authentic. Run, don't walk. You can either select your taco based on the main ingredient, (steak, chicken, fish, veg, etc) and then the sauces. Or, you can create your own. Very friendly, nice people. Place has room for lots of people even though it's in a strip mall.

Having driven by several times I finally got the urge to stop. The place is small but it's not Taco Bell. There is quite a nice assortment of burritos. The tacos were quite good and everything was fresh. The enchiladas were good with rice and beans. Look forward to going back and trying out the rest of the menu.

Good Mexican food and the place has the right attitude. We were a large group and they went out of their way to get us all to sit together. It was never an imposition and the staff was anxious to make us happy. The table service was good and we all left very pleased.

Went to this place a few times now. However, as we were leaving work around 3:45 we decided to stop by for happy hour. Unfortunately, the bar was so crowded there was nowhere for us to sit or stand around the bar, so we decided to get a table only to find out that if you are not around the bar we cannot get the happy hour prices. We did not that stop us though even though we had to pay full prices for drink. We also ended up ordered full plates from the menu. Needless to say foods and drinks are always good here. You wonât be disappointed unless you are looking to do happy hour and there is no space.

The food was great and the service was fantastic! very reasonable too!We never had to ask for one thing. They were so attentive to us! We started off with fried avocado's (they were incredible)I had the Pork chop La Chilango it was a pork chop with broccoli rabe and white kidney beans, hot cherry peppers and rice too(this dish was recommended by the waiter and it was absolutely delicious!!!)The pork chop was huge! (I took half home)My boyfriend had a delicious dish too Huaxtecaso very nice combination of steak, chicken, chorizio and enchiladas (great portion size and he is a big eater) Sangria was delicious and so was my boyfriends Tamarindo Margarita (another great suggestion by the waiter)great place and can't wait to go back!

My wife, 2 year old, and I went on a Friday night. The restaurant was buzzing. From the wait staff to the Mariachi band, everyone was pleasant. They spice everything to order, so if you like mild food, it's perfect for you. If you prefer more spice, let them know.The kids portion was sufficient. My 2 year old enjoyed his burrito. I got a steak burrito and that was a good portion too. The food was tasty and nicely presented. My wife got a 3 item combo. Her only negative was that there wasn't enough filling in her burrito. They have daily specials so it is definitely worth checking them out.

Took the family to Mangoes on a Saturday night and the place was rocking and packed. They have a mariachi band from 6:00 to 10:00 and they donât take reservations. We had a wide variety of appetizers and dinners and they all were excellent. The drinks were also very good and not watered down. The only issue was we got our main courses about five minutes after they brought our appetizers. But we werenât rushed at all after that and I will chalk that up to the kitchen turning it over too quickly. The prices are also very reasonable.

I'm concerned if I tell you how great this restaurant is, there will be a long line for me to wait on when I go back Small storefront restaurant with nice decor. It looks new, but I'm told it has been there 16 years The service is friendly, professional and prompt. The menu is large and includes some unusual dishes. By unusual I mean traditional Mexican dishes you won't find on most menus, not that fusion nonsensePortions are HUGE, food is delicious. The Sol Ranchero, Avocado Rolls and Paella were all outstanding, the guacamole was prepared in advance and "so-so"A single order of sopapillas for dessert was enough for 4 people Prices were reasonable and the parking lot is hugePlease don't go, I don't like long lines

The food is very good, and the portion sizes are generous. The guacamole is made fresh at your table. There is a bar area as well as plenty of seating at tables. I took away one star b/c they don't make pina coladas, my favorite, but they do have many different flavors of margaritas. Parking on the street stinks; there is a lot behind the restaurant, but that can be crowded at peak times.
