Pasqualeâs always provides us with an excellent meal. The establishment has two locations, one in New Paltz and one in Gardiner. Both locations thrive and have many repeat local customers. Both restaurants are casual and comfortable.Some of our favorite dishes are eggplant parm, fried calzones, buffalo chicken pizza, buffalo chicken wraps, baked ravioli, caprese salad and margarita pizza. I have never had a bad meal at either location and will be there again very soon.

We come back to visit family once every two years and I always stop here first before even seeing my parents. This last trip (July) we were really let down. It wasn't terrible or anything, but it used to be fantastic. Seems like the sauce changed as well as the quality in general. Tried it once more a few days later just in case it was an off day or something but... same thing. Might give them another try next time, but I won't be rushing there as before. Hope they get their act together.

Well it's a Pizza Joint but so much more. A long term family owned restaurant that provides all kinds of food and in amounts that will fill you up and leave some to take home. They have specials too that are good deals but you will find something on the menu that you like at a good price and you will enjoy it.

Great 5.00 lunch specials. Two slices with an assortment of toppings and a drink. Can't beat that. All types of slices. Fast, east, cheap, and good.

Our family had an early dinner after our son's graduation. We wanted somewhere above average, and some of the other graduates suggested DiBella's on Lucas Ave in Kingston. I had pizza and eggplant parmigiana at their original pizza parlor on Washington Avenue before they moved, so I was familiar with their quality, and was attracted to the idea of finally trying their new venue. It is charming in atmosphere, and the food menu is more towards the 'restaurante' style of Mediterranean and Northern Italy. The meals were prepared well and we did have a pan pizza at the table. This was not as the pizza parlor style, but more towards the thin crusted (dare I say gourmet?) personal pie. As a preference, I would stay with their restaurant menu,the pizza they are now serving (compared to their older pizza parlor style). I suspect the equipment they have is not the same as what they had before. In any case, the food is quality, above average, well prepared, but not exceptional. The prices are moderately high in regard to portion sizes, but not overpriced. I would not "run" back but I would entertain family or friends there as a possible option.

I usually stop in here with my dad when I'm visiting. It's his Tuesday night place (chicken parm night). They have a pretty diverse menu and great prices for the volume and quality of food. To describe it, it's like upscale diner food. Reminds me a lot of the old Riccardi's (down off the avenues in K-town) before they closed. Service has always been good and the food is really good as well (better than average but not fantastic). I generally end up sharing a place with the wife or my son because unless you're a competitive eater, you're not going to finish a plate in this place....

I've worked 30 plus years in the food industry. I found the eggplant to be bitter, perhaps Benny's staff does not know to soak the eggplant in salt water, which removes the bitterness. Also I ordered the bountiful nachos, unfortunately this is a hit and miss item. We all know that inconsistency is detrimental to a restaurants success. I spend money on prepared food, I expect it to be of good quality. Hey, you work hard for that money, you decide....

The Garden Cafe serves Arabic/Mediterranean cuisine. Food is reasonably good. Waits can be a bit long. The Wednesday buffet is the best time to go, no waiting and in good weather the outdoor seating is pleasant.We went on a cold evening, and it was chilly indoors. I wore my coat while eating. Thatâs the last time Iâll eat there in winter. But BRING CASH. The cook bought the cafe several months ago and changed to an all cash policy. This information is not on the menu, and at the end of our meal the owner brought our bill, returned the credit card and told us it was cash only. She did not in any way acknowledge this might be an inconvenience, which was simply rude. They have an ATM, but neither I nor my dinner companion carry an ATM card. Luckily, we had enough cash between us to cover the bill. We havenât been back, and while I might return, there are several better choices within a 3 minute walk that DO take credit cards and the owners are more welcoming, so maybe not.
