Considering its park food, the price met our expectations. The taste exceeded our expectations. We ordered some appetizers and wrap type sandwiches. Everything including the friendly service, exceeded our expectations!

Stopped in on a rainy Sunday for lunch. Friendly staff and typical country diner decor. The chicken cordon blue was okay but a little dull. The chicken ala King needed spice. Cheap place to eat.

Awesome sub shop. Hot or cold. This is the place to go. An akron staple for a good sandwich. They also serve french fries and fried mushrooms.Thanks for the great review! We always work hard to make Guy's "for those who enjoy the best". It's nice to be appreciated.

We stopped here for dinner. It was very good. I had the chicken parm sandwich. My hubby had the Italian sausage. We shared the fries which were fresh & homemade like fair fries. I had a delicious milkshake. My hubby had a huge ice cream cone after dinner. We sat in a cozy both & were glad we went out of our way to eat here. Super good. Staff was friendly too.

My wife and I were headed for the Lady Antebellum concert at Darien Lake and saw this place on Trip Advisor...and it had great reviews and it was close to the venue. The service, food, prices and location were perfect! We had a prime rib and a seafood platter and both were great. We will make this the regular stop from now on when we are going to a concert. Oh and we are both in our 60's...FYIThank you for stopping by and trying the food before the concert.Glad to hear you enjoyed your time with us and hope you enjoyed your concert as well.Denise and Gary Edwards

Staff very polite professional and it's snowing outside so was a good idea to stop and eat before going on the highway again. And yes it's looks as good as it tastes very good enjoyed throughly.As the rule is you shouldn't judge a book by its cover and that goes for a lot of things.

Pizza Pantry has very good pizza, great subs and some pretty interesting choices. The hog fries (barbequed, pulled pork, waffle fries, cheese) and the garlic parmesan wings are ridiculously tasty. Not the kind of thing you should eat everyday (you want to but you shouldn't) but a major treat.

Been driving by this restaurant for years headed to Medina to visit with my mother at a Nursing home. Decided to stop and have lunch this past week. A great decision. Highly recommend this restaurant for excellent food, excellent service and an incredible view.I entered the restaurant and the sign said to take a seat, I took a seat in the dining area with an incredible view of the falls and water. Beautiful.Amanda my server approached the table immediately and solicited a drink order and placed a menu in front of me. I ordered a cup of Manhattan chowder, a beef on weck with a side salad and an ice water with lemon.Amanda served the soup immediately after ordering. The Manhattan clam chowder was the absolute best I have ever had. I am partial to the New England version but this chowder was delicious. Full of vegetables and clams, served at proper temperature and perfectly seasoned. I even stopped in the kitchen as I departed to let the Chef know who much I enjoyed the soup.The beef on weck was a generous portion of beef, The roll was probably a day old roll, served with a hearty horseradish. Beef could have been a little hotter but it was overall fine. Beef was very tender and a great sandwich to enjoy. Side salad was crisp, fresh and nicely chilled. Dressing served on the side.Amanda was very good with service, checking on satisfaction and insuring that my water glass never needed refilling. Management should commend Amanda for her excellent service. Overall ambiance was very good with the view of the falls and rapids on the snow covered banks along the river an incredible beauty. Two warm fireplaces in the restaurant/bar area. I now know why this restaurant's parking lot is always full. Great food, an awesome find in New York State. i highly recommend this restaurant for a great experience.
