We enjoyed an excellent vegetarian / vegan lunch. Everything had exquisite flavours. It is serve yourself but with all the different dishes no-one should be left out. Loved the idea of the no waste policy. Also enjoyed a walk after through the gardens. Will definitely be back.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Jacks seeing all the authentic Thai decoration, it made us feel quite at home as we previously lived in Thailand for 4 years. So as you can imagine we have high expectations in relation to the food and what we like!Well letâs just say we were not disappointed,We started with the chicken satay which had the most tasty peanut sauce, then we had the coconut prawns which were a good size and perfectly crunchy and so so good! Then for the mains a very full flavoured, tender chicken yellow curry and then our favourite dish we generally order every time was the massaman curry this time with lamb... it was absolutely mouth wateringly tender and very full of wonderful Thai spice flavour!!!!! So so very happy with our meals! Just wish we lived closer to this fab Thai restaurant Well done Jack!!!!

Came here on a recommendation from our accommodation host. We wanted something light for dinner and our host suggested Toshi's. We called 15 minutes prior to arrival to make a booking in case it was busy, but for a Friday night after 8.15pm it wasn't busy. You can opt to sit the modified Japanese way (sitting on the floor with a cutout under the table so that your legs can be placed comfortably) or at the normal dining table.We ordered a plate of takoyaki and a sashimi and sushi platter to share. We thoroughly enjoyed the food. And the chef is Japanese (and not Koreans like most other places are).

3.3. Nice local place. Very nice decor which can be unusual for your local Thai or mixed Asian place as this one is. It was going off here on a Tuesday night, a good sign indeed. We had a range of well made dishes including Peking duck, satay, salt and pepper squid, salmon, massaman etc together with steamed and coconut rice. We had a lovely time.
