My wife and I had a wonderful dinner at Aumm Aumm. The food and wine were superb and the service was very good. We especially recommend the seafood salad, the grilled octopus, and the ortolana pie. Weâll be back very soon!!!

Our recent experience at Pascalou was accommodating and a wonderful experience! Our party got out of our meeting early and we called the restaurant and moved up our reservation over an hour with ease. Our waiter was welcoming and made this cozy restaurant feel extremely personable. The duck confit salad was delicious as was the baked brie and salad. For a French restaurant on the Upper East Side, the value was great and the portions were more than reasonable. Definitely try the rosemary chicken for dinner and don't miss the chocolate souffle for dessert!

HOW CAN WE HELP OUR FAVORITE CAFÃS SURVIVE? Our beloved neighborhood treasures, the unique little restaurants that have brought us so much pleasure over the years--Enjoy them while they last. To walk home after church & find LA MIRABELLE not open for Brunch for several months---with Dinner only---has been disappointing. But on Easter Sunday, this Upper West Side secret treasure was open with early hours & a special menu. LA MIRABELLE has been the fond locale for favorite dining & dating memories for many years now, and Loïc & Nathalie having been serving up all my favorite French classics with an excellent & light hand, sometimes if we're lucky with Danielle bursting into French song. To celebrate the Holiday Feast, my waiter, Andy, helped me choose a half bottle of some 2012 Medoc which opened up with a robust nose and full-bodied complexity---on its own & with their good bread. Almond-crusted Filet of Red Snapper, resting on herbed green sauce provided the centerpiece of an elegant luncheon---fresh & delicately prepared & so tender it barely stayed together on the fork to the lips, but certainly tasted great with sips of the dark ruby Medoc. Finished it off enjoying a tarte with rows of raspberries & kiwi. Happy Holidays!

Today was my second dining experience at Anchor Wine Bar within the last few months and it was again excellent! My friends and I had a delicious, great value brunch with tasty salad, home fries, various drinks. Really attentive service, friendly atmosphere and ambiance makes this a perfect rendezvous spot in Hamiliton Heights. Highly recommended!

We were a party of five for dinner in this cozy and vibrant dining room, seated within range of the heat radiating from the bustling pizza oven. We had a good view of the two chefs crafting and cooking a most impressive quantity of delicious looking pies (many destined for a very busy take-out and delivery business). Despite the demands on and fast pace of the staff of this restaurant, here is an easy going feel to the place made possible, I think, by the hyper efficient and agile wait staff, who, even while moving at break neck speed weaving mong teh tightly arranged tables, maintain a calm efficiency. We had a terrific server named Devon who memorized our order and delivered it with humor, wamth and a seemingly effortless precision. The food: really first rate. Very Italian, I would say, with simple renditions of excellent ingredients. In my case that was a beresaola based arugula salad, lightly dressed in lemony olive oil and decorated (not fussily) with raw mushrooms. I followed that with an appetizer portion of mussels, all perfectly cleaned and cooked in a light tomato based broth. My dessert was unconventional, to say teh last. From their contorno list, I chose their roasted Brussels sprouts, with a drizzle of Balsamic. A bit sweet (but aren't desserts supposed to be?),with an amazing range of flavors coaxed from that lowly crucifer. They were excellent...caramelized and crisp at teh same time. Babalucci should add them to its dessert list! All my companions were delighted with their dinners, including the pizzas, a squid ink pasta dish and the eggplant. The insalata Romano was especially appreciated. All in all, an excellent place, to which we will return.

We walked around the area looking for dinner - this place looked busy and popular. The servers were friendly and welcoming. Food was tasty and not huge wasteful sizesWe were so happy to hear you stumbled upon our restaurant and in addition, enjoyed our perfectly portioned dishes, as well as welcome atmosphere. We accidentally went a few streets north of where we meant to go. This restaurant was right outside of the subway entrance. It has a cool feel. It is very small and it was a little cramped between tables, but it's a really nice restaurant and we all enjoyed our food a lot. I had a steak and everyone else had burgers. All 4 entrees were served with field greens tossed in a delicious vinaigrette. Three burgers, a steak, two sodas, and two glasses of beer were $130 before tip. The burgers were on the low end of the menu, price-wise at $16/burger before adding $2.50 for cheese.
