Chopt Creative Salad

Just found myself the best salad bar in Princeton with a great and wide selection of fresh salads, toppings and homemade dressings. We tried 6 different ones and everyone was more than satisfied. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating and also a kid friendly menu which we will try next time. Portions were big enough to share I would say although I personally finished mine because it was so delicious.

We have been here 3 times for breakfast or lunch. The atmosphere is cozy, more like a coffee house than a diner. The food is fresh and made to order. We love the eggs, belgian waffle, french toast, grilled vegetable sandwich and the turkey w/ melted brie and apple. It is our favorite place in the area for breakfast or brunch. I love that it is out of the craziness of the Nassau St area.

What we like about Corner Bakery Cafe are lots of healthy choices for anytime you come in. Breakfast , scrambled eggs, three different ways, pancakes with eggs and bacon, or pancakes with just bacon and more. Lunch a variety of Salads and Sandwiches, Dinner a choice of pastas and mac and cheeses. Home made soups and choose any two for a mix and match. We choose the Chicken Carbonara and the Spinach salad. The spinach Salad was called the Spinach Sweet Crisp. Goat Cheese and lots of fruits, Strawberries, Oranges, cranberries grapes on spinach with a strawberry vinaigrette , The fruit made this an outstanding dish. The Chicken Carbonara had a creamy pasta with the right amount of sprinkled cheese.Meals are delivered to your table and servers were very pleasant. Meals came quickly too. You do get the feeling of the Corner Bakery Cafe menu and promotions are similar to Panera's . Like them both.

We had traveled up to Princeton to see the Art Museum and since my family hails from Germany and Austria, I wanted to stop here. Once I noticed they were only open until 3:00 PM, we tailored our trip so that we could stop for lunch and then go to the Art Museum. The food transported my back to my childhood. We sat outdoors and enjoyed the company of international students. The staff was most attentive and pleasant. We enjoyed our entrees and made sure to safe room for their amazing dessert section. When I bit into the Sacher torte, I could close my eyes and see my grandmother. Great place for tea or coffee and...anything on the menu!! Strongly recommend!!

Bagel Barn & Deli

Came in for breakfast. It was of course, packed. Line moved relatively quickly and food prepared well. Counter people nice enough. Seating can be a bit crowded on a rainy morning and it seems they do not give a lot of thought to busing the tables, so you are kind of on your own there. Grab a bunch of napkins before you sit down to wipe the table.Portions are generous. Food seemed to have no seasoning so you are free to do to it what you want. Fried potatoes as good as they looked. They need to have better systems in place for when they run out of stuff. I ordered a mixed bag bagels to go after we ate. The counter person took my order for bagels that they did not have and he had no idea that they were out. And he was standing in front of the bins at the time. 10 minutes later when he called my name did he tell me this fact. That was a little annoying. Best advice is that if it is not in the bin, don't bother ordering, hoping that some are coming. All in all a good experience and I would return.
